No update, so I called the Shop and they said it was in the key to be worked on. 230. No update. No response from the road to Shop. I caught an Uber to the Shop which had my expenses. $14.75. When I arrived at the Shop, there was five guys in the lobby. Just seen around. I think they were employees. And when I asked her about my car they gave me this. Oh shit look and he said oh, they're about to pull it in. The time was now three that day and they asked me if I wanted the Service after all. And I said hell. No it took you four hours not to do an oil change. That's upsurd . Give me my Keys. I fed a complaint on the road to app. I received your text and someone was gonna reach out to me. Today is Wednesday, February 11 and no one has ever reached out to me. I will never use a Service again. Worse Customer Service experience I've experienced ever, and I will badmouth this Company on social media to all my coworkers to all my acquaintance to everybody. I was told they were going to put the new tires that I bought from them as my *front 2 tires* When I got home (I live 8 mins away from that place) my dashboard was alerting me that my tire pressure was dropping. I realize my *front passenger tire* air was deflating, it had a nail in it so I went back to address the problem. I was told they didn't have another tire to give me but could give me a discount of $15 and patch the front passenger tire (the tire I bought from them) I then stated I did not pay to get a patched tire (for that I could of had them patch my own tires versus replacing them) which would have cost me $25 to patch. I bought each tire for $75 each!! They said they could put my old tire back on since they did not have one to replace it. I told them to give me a second to figure out what I was going to decide (2 mins later) they magically found a tire to replace the one they had sold me. I leave once again and 20 mins later my *passenger front tire* was airing out slowly, I took it somewhere else and to my surprise it had a nail in it too!!! Coincidence I think not! My husband stopped by our neighborhood Shell Gas Station (right across from Montgomery Mall) this afternoon just to put a gallon or two of gas in the car. He went inside, paid with Apple Pay, and then headed out to pump - only to find that the pump wouldn't dispense any gas. (For context: my husband and I are genuinely kind, easygoing people; we're the type who will happily hold the door open for you, say "thank you" - we both just want to make everyday interactions a little better for the folks we interact with day-to-day. That said, y'all have got to know that, when he went back inside to ask about the issue, it was done politely and respectfully.) Unfortunately, the response my husband received from the (unusually slender) attendant upon re-entering the Shell station was anything but. He immediately brushed him off with, "Oh, uhh, it's...pending, you need to wait," in a tone that my husband labeled 'dismissive and unnecessarily rude'. My husband waited a few minutes and asked for an update; maybe the system did need to reset and reboot. However, instead of being reassuring or helpful, the attendant snapped back and yelled "I told you, you need to wait!" Meanwhile, the charge had already gone through on his card - no gas, no explanation, and no sense of urgency from the attendant to resolve the issue. Just poor communication, and even worse customer service. (That says a lot; it's rare that my husband, who is incredibly patient and compassionate, gets genuinely frustrated.) What really stood out, though, was another customer stepping in. A complete stranger offered my husband the remaining $5-$6 worth of gas from his own pump. That single act of kindness said more about customer care than anything the attendant did and offered. In the end my husband was charged, and didn't receive the service he paid for. Between the lack of accountability and the blatant attitude, he concluded that it was an extremely disappointing experience all-around. We both strongly recommend going elsewhere, especially when there are cheaper (and far more customer-friendly) options nearby.
