Hey Yelpers! My wife and I came in on a Tuesday evening for some needed relaxation and attention. We settled into our massage chairs for a couple #6 pedicures. The wife also got her toenails done. It was amazing! My feet feel like heaven right now. My wife said her tech was "meticulous" with her polish and did a great job with the foot massage. I would agree. The service was awesome. My first trip here was great. They did an amazing job on my toes and my fingers. The colors were amazing, they lasted a long time, shaped the fingers nicely. The second time I went in, I should have specified a different nail tech. I only had a dip on my fingers done this time. She worked really fast, the polish on my fingers is thick in spots and translucent in others, and doesn't reach on the sides of the nails. I left with dip on my skin around my fingers, the nails look absolutely awful. Unfortunately I won't be going back. Some pics are from right after I had them done and even today, 6 days later just to see how crummy they even look after the fact. Just really disappointed in what I spent $45 on. Had dip nails done at a different salon than this one! (Vivian at 355 nails in Ofallon is AMAZING!) But I needed wildwood nails and spa to remove mine. The moment I walked in I greeted a woman who was working on someone and she frowned in irritation at me. A man told me to sit in one of the chairs and I accidentally sat in the wrong one to which he came back and angrily said "I told you to sit in this one". I apologized profusely and sat in the correct chair and waited. Shortly after the lady who initially frowned at me came and began working on removing my nails. She hurt the skin around my fingers in four different spots because she was very carelessly trying to get my nails off. It was clear to me by their behavior and body language that they were not happy I was there and I have a suspicion it was because nail removal is inexpensive. She repeated herself rudely to put both my hands in the warming bowl and at this point I had barely spoken a sentence to these people. I almost cried because I didn't understand why they were acting this way so I looked directly down the rest of the time she was working on my nails. At some point she asked if I wanted clear nail polish which I can't have for my work (food industry) and proceeded to seem annoyed that I wouldn't even do that. I still tipped 20% of the nail removal as I was legitimately scared of the woman who was now hovering over the counter at me as I wrote it. Maybe they can try to buy a better attitude with my tip I HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING TO 355 NAILS IN OFALLON MISSOURI, VIVIAN IS THE BEST NAIL TECH I HAVE EVER MET Do not risk your time with people who will treat you like this. It was a hostile environment and I strongly advocate against anyone going to wildwood nails and spa. read more

I am very disappointed in the pedicure I received here. I felt like it was very rushed, because there was another customer that came in just before closing (she was done with me in less than 30 minutes) (my daughter and I started at the same time and I was done at least 10 minutes before her) my feet hardly soaked, and she only scrubbed them for less than a minute (I still have a lot of dry skin that didn't get scrubbed off). I felt like I paid $23 just to have her paint my toenails. I know she knew that I wasn't satisfied but I don't think she cared. As you can tell I've never written a review before as this is on my son's account, I have to admit also that I have never left such a small tip. read more

Low quality of work for the prices they charge! I feel like she was either new or did not have any experience. She doesn't even do nails just pedicures. She just didn't do a thorough job and didn't give a good massage. Didn't spend any time taking any dry skin off my heels. I will not be back. read more

I was super creeped out by the man that did my pedicure here. First off when I sat down I asked how long the wait would be. He said "5 minutes". 30 minutes later he finally got to me and my now cold feet that were over soaked. I was wearing a sundress and as is customary he put a towel over my knees but I had to pull it down some. Throughout the pedicure he kept forcing my legs open wider and moving the towel up. I kept pulling them closer together and pulling the towel down. When I said something to him about being uncomfortable he pretended to not understand me. Overall the pedicure took over TWO hours and it wasn't because of a great massage or anything. He actually hurt me by putting a lot of pressure on my bones. He didn't let up when I asked him too. I left feeling ripped off and assaulted. And the pedicure wasn't even good. The polish came off within the week and my dry skin was back the next day. read more

I was here earlier today and had a basic manicure done. As the employees all started arriving, the employee behind me started conversing to the lady working on my nails then another employee to my right stood right next to me and joined in on their conversation on their own language. They just weren't talking in a normal tone of voice but loudly. This went on for awhile and I find it rude and annoying that they would do this when there's a customer. I would hope that the owner of this place would do something about it. If it was a short conversation that's fine but it went on for a long time. read more

This was the worst mani/pedi experience of my life! I went here with a group of girls for my best friends wedding (about a group of 6, 2 nights before her wedding). After the bride and I received our pedis we noticed that you could see our nails through the polish. They had only put on 1 coat. We asked them if they could put on another coat and they said no. The bride, a little distraught because she wanted her nails to look great for pictures, asked if she could pay for a polish change and get something a little darker and less opaque. The nail tech started yelling to the other workers, clearly about us, telling us that it didn't matter what color we chose because the issues were with our nails not the work the work they did. It was incredibly unprofessional how unprovoked and how hostile their reactions were to our requests. I paid for both my mani/pedi and the brides. I was floored by how expensive it was. I paid over $160 for both , and that was without tip... because I obviously didn't tip such awful service. Not only were they quite rude to us, but there were no hand or feet massages, cuticle trims, and they asked me what shape I would like my nails and did the exact opposite. Last but not least- before the wedding even happened, my powdered manicure started chipping and breaking, and since I didn't have time to go back and ask they fix it, a couple of days after the wedding it was unbearable. My nails were in so much pain and looked horrible, so I went to my typical spot to just have them remove the polish. While I was there they kept commenting on what an awful job they did- they had filed the tops of my nails so low that there was a divot in the middle of my nail and paper thin. They said my nails were chipping because they didn't use enough coats, so instead it was breaking and damaging my real nail. I don't usually ever post bad reviews, but this is one place I truly thinks deserves it. read more

I went there when the new owners took over - the first week. Owner and workers were smoking e-cigarettes. I complained about the smell and the manager/owner got real aggressive with me. He also had one eye that was totally pink and I asked him if he had pink eye? I was concerned because he could be contagious. He got visibly upset with me so I left - never to return. Based on these allegations of abuse I hope the place closes down. read more

The workers are exorbitantly rude. They very openly discussed customers, made extremely critical comments regarding my appearance to my face, and were generally disrespectful in conversation as well. The lady doing my pedicure kept making inappropriate comments about how "I must have so much money." I was very uncomfortable the entire time due to the rudeness of the workers. I got a pedicure and full set on 7/18/2015. My experience in the salon was AWFUL! I must have had the creepy man that another customer commented about, I felt like he was trying to look up my shorts, and literally abused my legs to the point of severe bruising. My full set lasted 5 days, and my nails were nowhere near even. I will never go back here again! They are more expensive then other salons in the area, and their work is piss poor! read more

I have been going here regularly for the last year and a half and have been very pleased. The owners, Jimmy and his wife, Lena, are good people and work hard to take care of their customers. I have never had an issue and always have great looking nails. Many of the other reviews have commented about a certain employee. This man, however, was fired the very day that the owner was made aware of any problems. The owner has since installed security cameras and taken several measures to ensure the safety of their customers and that there will be no problems in the future. read more

I went there with my friend to get a manicure. I wouldn't even rate this one star but seeing as you have to, I had no choice. We walked into the "spa" and waited 15 minutes to be seated and there was only 2 other customers. My friend finally got seated and then she picked out her color. Then the nail tech started and left for 45 minutes after she started to work on another customer. By that time I hadn't even got seated. She came back to work on my friends nails and finally finished after an hour of leaving then coming back. I was finally helped and it took 30 minutes for them to take off my dip powder. After I was done one of my nails had a big splotch on the side. My friend's nails looked terrible. They were so short she said they hurt. The color was so clear it showed her real nail but on the sample it looked like two totally different colors. Her nail tech cut her finger with the drill as well. Worst experience ever! read more

Don't set foot in this establishment. I was harassed almost the entire time I was being serviced. "You're beautiful. You're elegant. And so sexy. You not married." I don't need to wear a wedding ring to prove to anyone that I'm married. On top of that, I was intentionally overcharged for a mani/pedi. $75?! Really? I go back to dispute the charge when I get a notification from my bank and get completely disrespected. They steal. They lie. I felt like I was being defiled the entire time. They're completely unprofessional. And they're in my neighborhood. If I ever go back to a nail spa, it will NEVER be this one. Don't waste your time. ********************* UPDATE: I went back to this establishment the same day to show a gentleman there the bill and was told not only that it was my bank's problem but he also took a phone call in my face in the middle of the conversation without so much as an "Excuse me" and I was also cursed at on my way out the door. I was skeptical to use this salon after seeing the previous yelp reviews, but we had an amazing experience. Another salon lost our appointment, and Wildwood got us right in. I got gel nails done here and that same day, in the same hour I left, they all started peeling off. So I called and told them that something was wrong. I asked for a refund and he said they don't normally do refunds but they would for me. Apparently the wrong base layer was put on, which is why they were coming off. I told him I would be back but it may be a while because I have lots of little kids and don't live super close. So I came back 2 months later when it was convenient for me and didn't get the best attitude about being back. So they redid my nails and did a good job, but they didn't seem happy about it. They didn't apologize for the inconvenience. They didn't go above and beyond to make me come back. They just painted my nails and sent me on my way. Would have been nice to get a hand massage or something. I just feel like the customer service isn't the best here and although it's not horrible, I won't be back. read more
