It's been almost 4 months... It still hurts so bad and I cannot believe our baby is gone. I just want to let you know how wonderful you guys helped our family in the most devastating moments... gentle and kind way you came to pick up our be loved crabmeat. Let us say goodbye so many times... I truly appreciate your service.

    Not my cat's fur!!
    Diantha G.

They received my cat on December 14th and lost her. I called for 5 weeks straight. They returned someone's cat ashes to me finally on January 23rd with a tuft of fur not even close to color my cat was! If you love your pet please don't bring them here! They shouldn't be able to conduct business like this very unethical!!

    My pup's perfect paw print

Really amazing and caring staff. I know some folks may think this service is out of their price range, but they definitely offer a luxury full-service experience and they even worked with my family a little on the price to make sure we could get a beautiful urn and clay pawprint as well as an urn necklace so I can keep a little piece of my baby with me. Can't give enough praise to the staff too. Marissa was in communication with me from the moment I gave my information to the receptionist (I think her name was Amanda) & she kept me updated through the whole process which took about 2 weeks. Since this was a private cremation and they only do one pet at a time I knew it was going to take a while. Thank you again to the amazing team. Marissa even showed me a pic her her sweet bulldog when she brought my baby's ashes back home

My baby Bentley had a beautiful memorial service thanks to Furry Friend Funerals. Not only were they the nicest pet cremation company I had spoken to on the phone, but they were very informative and had EXCELLENT customer service skills. Their prices were very affordable and actually much cheaper than the other places I had called. They called me in 6 days to schedule hand delivery of Bentley back to my home. Their love truly shines through. I am forever thankful for your service Furry Friend Funerals.

Furry Friends really came through for me with the passing of my Dog. They added a few things that I didn't expect. The seeds they gave me to plant took me by surprise because I'm a plant lover and the fact that they gave me seeds to plant in remembrance of my baby girl is amazing! I'm very glad someone told me to go here. Couldn't have asked for a better experience given the circumstances

I lived in summerlin and had encountered some traffic.... I called and let them know I was running a few minutes behind and the OWNER rudely told me to come back tomorrow. I had to beg for him to stay open 5 minutes after! Upon arrival a gentleman walks in the same time as me with his deceased pet. Instead of just simply giving me (the deceased) Bailey back to me ....I had to awkwardly wait over 25 minutes while every detail was explained. I like to think that someone who has owned a business for 20 years would understand the common knowledge of prioritization. Did you tell the man you were closed? Had he called.... Nope.... Yet I called and was rudely told to hurry up! I would never tell someone to hurry up and as soon as they walk through the door wait on another UNEXPECTED guest for 20 minutes. But they already had my money and they knew I wasn't going to leave so YES.... I think that was very DISTASTEFUL.....Now fast forward to April 17, 2026. I go to pick up my buddy Benson (deceased/ashes) and again it's over a 15 minute wait... but get this.... THEY CANT FIND HIM!!! By this time I'm nauseous and step outside to get some air and sit in my car for a second ..... what I see next is APPALLING!!! A man driving the '"Compassionate Pet Cremation" van open up the back hatch and takes blue bags (one would assume of the deceased) and throws them on top of a barrel/table in the back. Mind you it's 75/80 degrees out..... they charge $140 for them to come and get your loved ones and throw them in TRASH BAGS!!! I go back inside and they tell me they had him under the wrong name and they were sorry. I the ask if they do military discount and they say yes 20% yet never offered to adjust my purchase amount ;/ One times a fluke Two times is a NO GO for me May wanna take "Compassion" out of your business name! Also listed my dog as 25 years old on the certificate :/ he was 15 I'll post that when I get a picture! And don't place your shortcomings on your employees! This was done by THE OWNER and it appears that every negative review posted on here has some drawn out explanation instead of "I'm sorry" or "How can we do better" You just don't care. ADMIT IT Once again it's definitely UNCOMPASSION PET CRATION

Sometimes it is difficult to remember what we read as we are actually in the process and focusing on our last minutes with our beloved. Dr. Olsen was near but not hovering so we didn't feel rushed at all; we controlled the pace at all times. She made in-the-minute suggestions that I'm so glad she asked since I know I would have regretted not doing so. For instance, she and I lovingly put my sweet dog into a basket after she left us and Dr. Olsen asked if I would like to carry her out. I balked at first but I'm so glad I did. It helped in my process of letting my darling go. Dr. Olsen had made the back of her SUV a loving tribute as I slid the basket into the back of the vehicle with a blanket for the basket to lay on and a beautiful sentiment nearby on an easel. I'm grateful to Dr. Olsen for making this difficult time as peaceful and calm as it could be. I'm so glad we chose Peace for Paws.

I should have thought twice when the driver showed up and pulled out a plastic bag to put his body into, I asked them not to do that while I was standing there, I found that rather insensitive. Today they called while I was on another call and as soon as I was finished I called the number back and the man who answered said that he was with Coral Cremations and he was going to bring my baby home and he'd be there within ten to fifteen minutes. He then calls me back and tells me that someone dropped him off and left him on my front porch. He lied and made me believe he had my baby and then says that he was dropped off on my front porch. So much for the @we'll call you and set up a dime to bring your baby back", and then to lie on top of that! Nowadays with hearing every day about packages being stolen from front porches I wonder what they would have said of that had happened, I mean you just left him on my front porch like he didn't mean a thing to me. No apology, no nothing. Shame on this business and think twice if you are ever in need of this type of service, the only thing they care about is collecting their fee with no thoughts to you and whatnot is like when you lose an animal who is like your family.

She was already on a pick up but took down my info and said she would get back to us as soon as she could. She came to our house, gurney in hand, and proceeded to treat Lennie as though he were her very own. She quickly calmed his nerves (and ours) and gently eased him onto the gurney, making sure he was securely fastened in, yet comfortable and then was able to place him in her van and follow us to the ER. After a couple of hours in the hospital, Lennie was able to walk out with us and go home. The next day, I got a call from Silvia wanting to check in with us and see how Lennie was doing because he was now in her heart, which immediately secured a place for her in ours as well. It takes great patience and compassion (not to mention strength) to do what she does and she does it extremely well! We are very grateful to Silvia and to Two By Two for making what would otherwise be a very scary situation, a little more bearable. We were very fortunate that Silvia took our call on Tuesday and Two By Two are very fortunate to have her in their employ.

There are moments in life when you meet people who forever change how you see their profession…read more Every single person at Two by Two Pet Support did that for us. Three years ago, Dr. Snead saved Luna's life. At the time, we were told the outcome was guarded, and we weren't sure she would survive. Because of his skill and determination, we were given three more wonderful years with our sweet girl. Those years became some of the most precious gifts we've ever received. When Luna was recently diagnosed with widespread osteosarcoma, our hearts were broken. Once again, we found ourselves in Dr. Snead's care. This time, there was nothing left to cure, but there was everything left to give--and that was compassion. Jonathan was kind, patient, and gentle throughout the process. Every question was answered. Every concern was met with understanding. We never felt rushed, and we always felt that Luna mattered as much to them as she did to us. Then there is Sylvia. From our very first conversation, she wrapped us in kindness. When it came time to bring Luna home, she graciously opened the office on a Saturday just for us so we could be together again. That simple act of generosity meant more than she will probably ever know. She treated Luna--and us--with such dignity and love. The memorial items they created took our breath away. Luna's nose print and paw print are not just keepsakes; they are works of art that captured exactly who she was. The first time we saw her nose print, we both cried because it was unmistakably our Luna. It was one final gift that allows us to remember her in such a deeply personal way. What sets this practice apart isn't only their medical knowledge. It's that they understand they are caring for an entire family. They recognize that saying goodbye to a beloved pet is one of the hardest days a person can experience, and they walk beside you through it with extraordinary compassion. Thank you, Dr. Snead, Jonathan, Sylvia, and everyone at Two by Two Pet Support. Thank you for saving Luna's life when you could. Thank you for helping us let her go when it was time. And thank you for making one of the hardest experiences of our lives one filled with love, dignity, and kindness. We will never forget any of you.

The ashes were placed in a nicely decorated tin container with the quotes "Until we meet again at the Rainbow Bridge" on the cover. I purchased an urn for the bff but this container can definitely work as the final urn. There was a sealed card with an inked paw print and fur. There was a clay paw print in a clear heart shaped plastic container with a sticker that read "Mia left paw prints on my heart" There was a condolences card with flowers and wildflower seeds that you can plant in memory of your pet. There were two letters with information on how to deal with the loss of your beloved pet and a certificate of when your pet was cremated.
