I lived in summerlin and had encountered some traffic.... I called and let them know I was running a few minutes behind and the OWNER rudely told me to come back tomorrow. I had to beg for him to stay open 5 minutes after! Upon arrival a gentleman walks in the same time as me with his deceased pet. Instead of just simply giving me (the deceased) Bailey back to me ....I had to awkwardly wait over 25 minutes while every detail was explained. I like to think that someone who has owned a business for 20 years would understand the common knowledge of prioritization. Did you tell the man you were closed? Had he called.... Nope.... Yet I called and was rudely told to hurry up! I would never tell someone to hurry up and as soon as they walk through the door wait on another UNEXPECTED guest for 20 minutes. But they already had my money and they knew I wasn't going to leave so YES.... I think that was very DISTASTEFUL.....Now fast forward to April 17, 2026. I go to pick up my buddy Benson (deceased/ashes) and again it's over a 15 minute wait... but get this.... THEY CANT FIND HIM!!! By this time I'm nauseous and step outside to get some air and sit in my car for a second ..... what I see next is APPALLING!!! A man driving the '"Compassionate Pet Cremation" van open up the back hatch and takes blue bags (one would assume of the deceased) and throws them on top of a barrel/table in the back. Mind you it's 75/80 degrees out..... they charge $140 for them to come and get your loved ones and throw them in TRASH BAGS!!! I go back inside and they tell me they had him under the wrong name and they were sorry. I the ask if they do military discount and they say yes 20% yet never offered to adjust my purchase amount ;/ One times a fluke Two times is a NO GO for me May wanna take "Compassion" out of your business name! Also listed my dog as 25 years old on the certificate :/ he was 15 I'll post that when I get a picture! And don't place your shortcomings on your employees! This was done by THE OWNER and it appears that every negative review posted on here has some drawn out explanation instead of "I'm sorry" or "How can we do better" You just don't care. ADMIT IT Once again it's definitely UNCOMPASSION PET CRATION

To make matters worse, my partner and I were out of the country when she passed and Zoey was being cared for by family. We were able to quickly find Compassionate Pet Cremation and gave the information to our family. They were able to drop her off with no issues. We got her ashes about a week after she was dropped off. The office was quiet and welcoming albeit somber. We were assisted quickly and treated with the utmost care, compassion, and respect. Everything that we received was reviewed in detail. I'm sad that we had to use these services, but couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Nala always experienced anxiety when visiting the vet, and I couldn't bear the thought of her last day being filled with stress and fear. Dr. Sarena and her team were prompt, professional, compassionate, and incredibly caring throughout the entire process. They helped make a heartbreaking goodbye as peaceful and dignified as possible. The website had wonderful suggestions on how to set your pet up in a relaxing area, how to handle the other pets maybe wanting to say goodbye, and what to expect throughout the process. I especially appreciated Dr. Olsen walking us through each step again when she was onsite. Sometimes it is difficult to remember what we read as we are actually in the process and focusing on our last minutes with our beloved. Dr. Olsen was near but not hovering so we didn't feel rushed at all; we controlled the pace at all times. She made in-the-minute suggestions that I'm so glad she asked since I know I would have regretted not doing so. For instance, she and I lovingly put my sweet dog into a basket after she left us and Dr. Olsen asked if I would like to carry her out. I balked at first but I'm so glad I did. It helped in my process of letting my darling go. Dr. Olsen had made the back of her SUV a loving tribute as I slid the basket into the back of the vehicle with a blanket for the basket to lay on and a beautiful sentiment nearby on an easel. I'm grateful to Dr. Olsen for making this difficult time as peaceful and calm as it could be. I'm so glad we chose Peace for Paws.

Zoey passed away at home. In her sleep, she was 12.5 yrs old. She was wonderful, and she lived a wonderful life. It was only fitting to give her a royal send-off. Coral Cremations was so kind and compassionate. They came and picked my Zoey up 2 hours after I called them. The guy that came and removed her was equally as compassionate, caring, and comforting as Steffane. My zoey's remains were returned to me 2 weeks later in an adorable carved wooden box, with a small picture frame with her footprint and a certificate of her cremation. This place is top-notch. They really know how to respect someone grieving the lost of their fur baby.

I should have thought twice when the driver showed up and pulled out a plastic bag to put his body into, I asked them not to do that while I was standing there, I found that rather insensitive. Today they called while I was on another call and as soon as I was finished I called the number back and the man who answered said that he was with Coral Cremations and he was going to bring my baby home and he'd be there within ten to fifteen minutes. He then calls me back and tells me that someone dropped him off and left him on my front porch. He lied and made me believe he had my baby and then says that he was dropped off on my front porch. So much for the @we'll call you and set up a dime to bring your baby back", and then to lie on top of that! Nowadays with hearing every day about packages being stolen from front porches I wonder what they would have said of that had happened, I mean you just left him on my front porch like he didn't mean a thing to me. No apology, no nothing. Shame on this business and think twice if you are ever in need of this type of service, the only thing they care about is collecting their fee with no thoughts to you and whatnot is like when you lose an animal who is like your family.

When I lost my last cat I decided I wouldn't be returning there. It's hard to decide who to trust again after such a long positive relationship. About six months later I ended up with two kitty siblings and one was acting super weird. Dr. Johnson diagnosed him with a super rare condition in cats on our second visit (10 days total). He had corrective surgery and now he's doing great. I credit Dr. Johnson with saving his life along with the surgeon. The surgeon told me most vets would not have picked up on that in such a short amount of time. I am so grateful to Dr. Johnson, and I feel really happy that I found another vet I can truly trust. - my kitty gets a yearly test to make sure everything is still working as it should, and today when I walked in to the office 2 kitties greeted us. Immediately they went to my cat carrier and calmed my boy down! They calmed me down too. Then one jumped off the bench to usher a small dog into his exam room. This experience just made me feel even more grateful for finding this wonderful animal hospital. I highly recommend American Pet Hospital
