Zoey passed away at home. In her sleep, she was 12.5 yrs old. She was wonderful, and she lived a wonderful life. It was only fitting to give her a royal send-off. Coral Cremations was so kind and compassionate. They came and picked my Zoey up 2 hours after I called them. The guy that came and removed her was equally as compassionate, caring, and comforting as Steffane. My zoey's remains were returned to me 2 weeks later in an adorable carved wooden box, with a small picture frame with her footprint and a certificate of her cremation. This place is top-notch. They really know how to respect someone grieving the lost of their fur baby.

I would recommend you use any other service than Coral Cremations. When my cat of 22 yrs passed…read morerecently I chose this service and was surprised at the cost 260 dollars but never having to use this type of service I paid them and they told me a driver would reach out to me to pick him up and after the cremation was complete they would reach out to me to set a time to bring him home. I should have thought twice when the driver showed up and pulled out a plastic bag to put his body into, I asked them not to do that while I was standing there, I found that rather insensitive. Today they called while I was on another call and as soon as I was finished I called the number back and the man who answered said that he was with Coral Cremations and he was going to bring my baby home and he'd be there within ten to fifteen minutes. He then calls me back and tells me that someone dropped him off and left him on my front porch. He lied and made me believe he had my baby and then says that he was dropped off on my front porch. So much for the @we'll call you and set up a dime to bring your baby back", and then to lie on top of that! Nowadays with hearing every day about packages being stolen from front porches I wonder what they would have said of that had happened, I mean you just left him on my front porch like he didn't mean a thing to me. No apology, no nothing. Shame on this business and think twice if you are ever in need of this type of service, the only thing they care about is collecting their fee with no thoughts to you and whatnot is like when you lose an animal who is like your family.

Animal Emergency Center - Very sweet sympathy card that means even more they took the time to hand write a personalized message.

The only Emergency Vet I'll ever go to!!!…read more Dr. O'Dea was truly amazing. On Tuesday, March 24th into the 25th My poor dog gave me the scare of my life after thinking he ate a bandage from his leg. Within minutes of calling, I arrived in the office with my Sunny, and Carmen at the front desk took my baby to the back and induced vomiting within minutes, as time was of the essence. Fortunately, there was no bandage as I did discover the bandage the next day on our morning walk... I guess it slipped off and I didn't notice. However, the care and prompt actions of the staff at Animal Emergency Center was phenomenal!! I was absolutely blown away with the care and compassion of everyone that I'll never go anywhere else in Las Vegas for any emergency care. Also, besides Carmen and Dr. O'Dea, there was another staff member there who took care of Sunny and I, but her name slipped my mind. You are all so very fantastic and I can't thank you all enough from the bottom of my heart and the pad of Sunny's paw. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You!!!!! Also, DO NOT GO TO VETERINARY EMERGENCY and CRITICAL CARE ON TROPICANA!!!! THEY ARE HORRIBLE AND THEIR STAFF IS RUDE!!! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR ANIMALS!!! (they left us sitting in a room for 2 hours as the said our emergency wasn't an emergency knowing time was of the essence with our situation)

When I lost my last cat I decided I wouldn't be returning there. It's hard to decide who to trust again after such a long positive relationship. About six months later I ended up with two kitty siblings and one was acting super weird. Dr. Johnson diagnosed him with a super rare condition in cats on our second visit (10 days total). He had corrective surgery and now he's doing great. I credit Dr. Johnson with saving his life along with the surgeon. The surgeon told me most vets would not have picked up on that in such a short amount of time. I am so grateful to Dr. Johnson, and I feel really happy that I found another vet I can truly trust. - my kitty gets a yearly test to make sure everything is still working as it should, and today when I walked in to the office 2 kitties greeted us. Immediately they went to my cat carrier and calmed my boy down! They calmed me down too. Then one jumped off the bench to usher a small dog into his exam room. This experience just made me feel even more grateful for finding this wonderful animal hospital. I highly recommend American Pet Hospital

(I'm informed via the cremation certificate I received with the ashes) 9/26/19 - The vet offices leaves a voicemail that the ashes of my BFF is ready to be picked up. When I pick up the ashes, I'm blown away by everything I received from Pet Cremation Services. The ashes were placed in a nicely decorated tin container with the quotes "Until we meet again at the Rainbow Bridge" on the cover. I purchased an urn for the bff but this container can definitely work as the final urn. There was a sealed card with an inked paw print and fur. There was a clay paw print in a clear heart shaped plastic container with a sticker that read "Mia left paw prints on my heart" There was a condolences card with flowers and wildflower seeds that you can plant in memory of your pet. There were two letters with information on how to deal with the loss of your beloved pet and a certificate of when your pet was cremated. All these items were in a nice green velvet bag with "Until we meet again at the Rainbow Bridge" embroidered in gold. The mixed reviews on here were surprising but once again I didn't deal directly with the business so my experience was different. In the end, Pet Cremation Services performed their services ahead of schedule and they went beyond what I expected in terms of the remains I received of Mia. I literally thought I was just receiving a container with her remains. Wherever you decide to cremate your pet, I hope you have the experience I had with Pet Cremation Services. =)
