I had an appointment in mid-2000 that had to rescheduled because of COVID-19. No problem. When I was able to have an appointment, it was the end of October 2020 and we schedule an appointment for Tuesday March 23, 2021. Here is the annoying part - I received four confirmations through email and text messages staring a week ago. I called the office last week to confirm because I travel during the week. Today I receive a call that they have to reschedule because the hygienist will be out and next available is the end of July! This is unacceptable. The receptionist said to me, "It is because we only have one hygienist." This is not my issue. I hope the owner or manager reads this because other patients will. You over-confirm and then cancel!

Though I arrived 10 minutes early, i was made to wait 40 minutes past my appointment time. The hygienist was rude, insulting and uncaring. I felt I was being shamed for my condition, and was told it would be a long hopeless and expensive journey. This was before Dr Errante walked in. He asked if the hygienist explained everything and I had any questions. He never examined or even looked at me, as he was clearly preoccupied. A dentist would spend only a few minutes with me, tell me I needed a full mouth of implants, then send me to the front desk for a price. Although all of my teeth needed to be removed, they found a way to avoid a removable upper denture. I only needed a temporary lower denture for a short period, while my upper temporary restoration was fixed and not removable. That made an enormous difference in my confidence throughout the process. Today, my treatment is complete, and my smile is more beautiful than I ever imagined. Throughout every appointment, every procedure, and every setback, the entire team treated me with kindness, patience, and respect. They never judged me. Dr. Baum and his staff couldn't have been nicer, and presented me with several options to my dental issue. I chose extraction. Now let me tell you, I've only had 1 extraction in my life, and it was not a pleasant experience, but I'm telling you, as god is my witness, Dr. Baum had that extraction done before I even knew what happened!
