Between waiting and the cleaning itself, I did not leave until around 9:30 AM -- and that was without even seeing the dentist for my exam or to review my X-rays. By that point, I could not wait any longer, so I had to schedule a separate appointment just to finish what should have been part of the original visit. Today, I came back only to see the doctor and complete the appointment. I arrived at 10:00 AM, and it is now 11:00 AM. I am still sitting here waiting and do not seem close to being seen. I understand offices can run behind, but this has now happened across two appointments. A simple cleaning and exam should not require multiple visits and hours of waiting. I would not recommend this place unless you have a lot of extra time to waste.

(One time they took me on short notice right before their Holiday Luncheon!). I enjoy being seen by both dentists and their technicians, who make every attempt to be reassuring. Their dental work is attractive, comfortable, natural feeling and reasonably priced. (I have yet to experience pain either while they work on me or afterwards.) To stay on top of my dental health, I see their very thorough Hygienist, Heather, four times a year. She, along with the dentists, have navigated me around gum disease I suffered as a result of highly stressful chemotherapy. My checkups are perfect now! The office staff are very pleasant and helpful. The entire practice is very friendly, and take the time to get to know their patients as individuals.
