She is very technical and knowledgeable about the muscles and body and how to maximize your training and getting the results you want in your body. I really enjoy blending my Zoom sessions with Beth's Smiling Soul Fitness workouts and various challenges. You get live as well as workouts on demand. Meeting with Beth weekly through Zoom has provided me the accountability I need to keep up with my weekly workout goals.
