The MLS pictures looked awful, there were typos in the ad itself, and after over a month, I barely had any showings. Paul suggested a 20k price drop. He initially told me to list at 379k, I suppose to get my listing. I was the one who suggested a more reasonable 359k. It wasn't until I started interviewing other realtors, and they pointed all of this out, that I was even aware of what else was out there. I finally switched realtors after several heated discussions with Paul. I found him very unprofessional and argumentative. He lost my listing, as well as my trust & respect.
