We believe we were speaking with the store owner, but either way, the gentleman who helped us was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely helpful. We stopped in with questions about our double-stack washer and dryer, and he took the time to answer all of our questions without making us feel pressured to buy anything. I highly recommend stopping in and grabbing a business card for any future appliance issues. It was such a refreshing experience compared to going to a large chain store where the focus can sometimes feel like simply selling you a new appliance. You can really tell they care about helping their customers find the right solution. We'll definitely be coming back! read more

I'm sure these folks do good work, however, I didn't get the chance to find that out. I called them on a Wednesday and made and appointment for Friday, (it was the earliest they could get there.). I had called since my washing machine was not working and I was unable to do laundry. When making this appointment, I also asked if whoever came out could fix the paddle on my refrigerator. I was told "yes" and they even followed up the next day regarding the color of the paddle as it didn't match my stainless steel fridge. Okay ... no big whoop ... the paddle didn't matter but the washing machine did. Here it is Friday, I've been waiting two days for the appointment and unable to do laundry for three days. I received a call this morning saying they couldn't help me. No one was coming and they canceled my appointment because a refrigerator paddle wasn't a big enough emergency to make the trip. However, the whole reason for the appointment was for the washing machine with the fridge being an "if you can .. while you are here" request. Also, the fella on the phone told me they didn't service my area. (I'm over by SeaWorld in Orlando.) Well, I'm frustrated. Either way, when I made the appointment, I was not told the "don't service my area." I've lost two days waiting for an appointment and an now scrambling to find someone who can help me as Orlando is about to shut down due to craziness of the Coronavirus. When I made the appointment, I also told them that my washing machine was in the garage in case there was concern with the current virus. No one had to come inside the house (again, the fridge was a side item that they said "yes" to.) I'm giving them two stars because they were very nice on the phone when making the appointment and when calling me the next day to ask if I minded a different color refrigerator paddle. The fella who canceled on my this morning was also nice on the phone. However, what is not nice is canceling the appointment the "day of" and never informing me that they don't service this area but let me wait two days to find this out. So, if you are in my neck of the woods ... maybe call someone else who does service this area. read more

Amazing customer service and such nice people. This is what good customer service looks like. Bought a fridge over the phone and it was delivered a few days later. Was the easiest appliance purchase I have ever made. Scott even researched a lower price for me without even asking. They installed it, moved my old fridge to the garage. The cleaned up after themselves. Upgraded my water line from plastic to aluminum without me even asking and no extra charge. They even gave me a tour of the fridge which I thought was so nice. My old dryer stopped spinning, and I was dreading getting it fixed, thinking I'd just be told to buy a new one. But I called Willard Appliance, they sent someone out the next day, and he was super helpful, fast, and professional. He already had the part that needed replacing with him, explained to me exactly what the problem was and what he was doing as he fixed it, and once it was working again, gave me advice on how to get the best performance out of the dryer. My GE Profile fridge was leaking out of the front where you can get water and ice. I called Willard late in the day and a gentleman was able to get to my house at 8am the next morning. He anticipated the issue and arrived with the parts needed to repair! Also, there was a part that I broke and he took it back to his office and repaired for me so that part did not need replaced. A couple years ago I brought my dryer to Willard and they fixed the issue (something to do with a burnt plug) quickly and it still works perfectly. Earlier this week my washer finally gave out and unlike last time, there as no fixing it. After visiting a couple other used appliance stores in Orlando I remembered my past experience with Willard and luckily they were open on Saturday. My Husband and I were welcomed by the owner who had fixed my dryer before. He showed us what he had for used washers and gave us information so we could make an informed decision. I would recommend them to anyone looking for quality used appliances (they also sell new). The owner is always friendly and puts you at ease, knowing you are buying an appliance that he stands behind. He was even able to arrange for same day delivery and Chip the delivery driver gave us a few tips to help us get the most out of our washer, installed and tested it and hauled the old one away for free. There is a reason Willard has been around for so long and it's called providing excellent customer service and standing behind your workmanship. read more

I can't say enough good things about Willard Appliance. I own a dog daycare, boarding, hydrotherapy and fitness center in Orlando, and our 5 year old washing machine died on Saturday. We do at least 2 loads a day so being without was a great hardship. I looked at reviews and decided to call Willard first thing Monday morning (today). They said they didn't know if they could get a tech out since they were down one tech, but by 9:30 they had someone at our facility looking at our machine. He did a quick fix, but said it would likely fail again (it was a circuit board problem) and the repair would be costly. He mentioned we should instead consider buying a Speed Queen because it had no electronics and was a basic, high quality machine. Well the washer did fail, with the next load of towels. I called Willard around 11am to tell them we would purchase the Speed Queen and asked when they could get it to us. It was delivered and installed by 1:30! They also didn't charge a delivery, installation or haul away fee. This company went way above board to help another local business - something I will always remember. They have made a customer for life, both for my business and for me personally. read more
