The cheesemonger working at the counter was knowledgable and friendly, offering great suggestions based on my cheese preferences. He was able to answer every question I had, and even offered me samples of a few different varieties (all of which I ended up purchasing). My top find from this visit was the Clothbound Cabot. This was already one of my favorite cheesemakers, but I loved being introduced to something a little different that I probably wouldn't have tried otherwise.
