When I needed a quick answer his so called assistant sent me a email stating that if she needed anything she would let me know.She is the rudest most unprofessional assistant. My knee replacement seem to go well I had surgery on Monday and Thursday I had emergency surgery for my hole in my colon ( I should have died) my surgeon what the notes for my knee replacement my family called for 2 days straight no one answered my husband went there himself to get all my information. No one was at the front they were in the back having once again on a break, my husband got really frustrated that the lack of the professionalism . My husband is a very quiet man but this staff was taking there time getting the information that my surgeon was asking for, fyi his office tried to call and NO one was answering. To sum this experience if you are taking you mom or dad to seek help Dr Traub is amazing but you need to think about when you have a question or need a prescription refill or even a referral which is common after surgery you will spend many many wasted days trying to get this staff to do their job. For another time don't get me started on their billing mistakes they have billed me twice one was paid by insurance the other was denied brought to the accounting department not corrected as of today 4 months later.

I canceled the appointment and I'm not going in and paying them to take out stitches. I can do that myself. It was like taking a splinter out of my hand. It's not a big deal. I survived open-heart surgery. I think I can manage these stitches not impressed at all.

He took his time taking measures of the hand that needed surgery. Dr. Starr made us feel comfortable about the upcoming operation. All staff members were welcoming and friendly. During the follow-up visit after the surgery Rachel was helpful and explained to us how to exercise my husband's hand to help the healing process. We can highly recommend this facility. I thought that was very kind of them although we were en route. Upon arriving, there was 1 patient in front of us. Check-in was easy and the attendant was very nice and helpful. I did not get her name but she explained the payment and if imaging was needed Before completing the paperwork, they were taking my dad down for imaging. There was no waiting. He was there for maybe 20 to 25 minutes Shortly after he was called back. The nurse practitioner saw him first. She was very attentive, engaging, and kind. Let's say she had "bedside manner" She asked my dad how he was feeling and what brought him in today. He explained what brought him in and what he anticipated from them. She went over the X-rays that were performed. She was quite thorough and she repeated it back to us as I was taking notes. Dr. Seecharan came in and introduced himself and went over the X-rays and the next step He too was very professional, attentive, and thorough. He requested an MRI and a CT of the neck/back. Follow up after they are done The office was clean and well-stocked with a variety of coffee and water. There were maybe 20 chairs in the lobby. The front desk was clean and organized. If you're like my, you want pain relief immediately but that's not the way it works (usually). After multiple physical therapy visits, my neck, back, and shoulders have never felt better! I saw Dr. Ke and he had a "student-doctor," I can't think of the right term, with him and both did a phenomenal job. They are clear about what your treatment will look like and it isn't anything excessive or more than you might need. As with most chiropractors, they gave me exercises to do between appointments and did a good job of making sure I was comfortable doing them properly before sending me on my way. Glad to have found a great practice after a few months of searching!! Highly recommend!
