He took his time taking measures of the hand that needed surgery. Dr. Starr made us feel comfortable about the upcoming operation. All staff members were welcoming and friendly. During the follow-up visit after the surgery Rachel was helpful and explained to us how to exercise my husband's hand to help the healing process. We can highly recommend this facility. Great location close to Kennestone Hospital. Easy to park by the building.

Unfortunately, my wife and I were forced to change doctors about 10 years ago because the HMO my employer used at the time was not accepted by Dr. Cohen's office. My daughter, on the other hand, had a different plan through her employer and has continued using Dr. Cohen all these years. She has been extremely pleased with him all these years and would NOT even think of changing. I retired a few years ago and with my retirement package came a new medical package and I got my choice of what doctor I wanted to use. I had not been happy with the doctor I had been using and I returned to using Dr. Cohen about 2 years ago. Dr. Cohen is the same caring doctor I remember from years ago. The only thing that has changed is his affiliation now with Piedmont Medical Care. While Dr. Cohen is an excellent doctor, Piedmont leaves something to be desired ... typical of the large, health care companies today. To their employees you are just another number and to some of them ... "it's just another job"!! Many wasted telephone calls have been necessary to correct their misinformation and filing blunders with our insurance carriers. Still, I am very pleased with Dr. Cohen and will stay with him and endure the occasional screw-ups of the large business office environment. I still consider him as an EXCELLENT DOCTOR!
