He didn't call my sister back after she left 3 messages asking for the free quote that he advertised. He picks only job where he can mark materials way up to make more on a job. Second, when I hired him, I was leery about his professionalism and skill set from the beginning due to his lack of education and professional training yet gave him the job anyways since he undercut our family contractor by quite a bit. About 2 months into the project, I began getting calls from the material suppliers indicating that Tim (he business owner) had not paid for the materials for my job. There were kitchen cabinets, driveway materials, lumber and even electrical components. I WAS GETTING CONTACTED BY THE VENDORS who were looking for payment from Tim Bounds. I reviewed my contract with Bounds Building and Remodeling and just as I knew it read when I signed it, my contract was for the job's labor AND materials. I finished paying the second half of my contract 3 weeks before he even completed the work (the work he did still has issues but there is NO way I am ever letting this guy back in my house, I have been calling new contractors to fix his work) This guy, Tim Bounds, obviously doesn't pay his vendors and his customers end up feeling the stress of his lacking professionalism. I wouldn't hire this creep again if my life depended on it.

DJ was able to arrange an estimate the following day and arrived promptly on the day and time agreed upon. After viewing the project, DJ offered his advice and expertise on how to best achieve our desired results. He said he would provide a detailed quote the following day and true to his word he did so. We hired DeDe Construction & DJ provided a start date and a detailed day by day timeline of the work to be completed. DJ and his partner Oleg arrived on time each day and went directly to work, completing the daily tasks expertly, efficiently and with attention to detail. From precise cuts on tile, to double waterproofing appropriate areas in the bathrooms, they always strove to doing the best possible job in every aspect of their work. Communication during the project was exemplary and we were shown the progress of their endeavors during each phase of the remodel, so that we were satisfied with the quality of the work performed. During our entire interaction with DJ and Oleg, they were always friendly, courteous and respectful to us and our home, cleaning up at the end of each day. DJ even voluntarily picked up several items we had purchased from various stores that were too large for our vehicle, with no qualms about doing so. DJ and Oleg completed the remodel of the three bathrooms ahead of schedule and the quality of the work, of which my expectations were high, was better than I expected. They showed first-rate dedication and workmanship providing prime, aesthetically prominent results. Old building tear down and removal New building…read moreconstruction 30' x 24' Garage/Workshop with 6' Cantilever We were very happy with Peachey Builders LLC on our new garage from beginning to end. The crew was here each day until the project was completed. We added a few additions to the project and the crew was very accepting of our change of plans and was able to build just as we wished. We would choose this group for any new builds or additions. In fact, they have quoted us an excellent price for a new metal roof for our home scheduled in the Spring of 2024.
