Dudek was very patient in understanding the situation as I suspect I probably was not the only customer they were calling about a bill. The office manager called me before my bill would be 90 days past due to let me know that if not paid before the 30th..my account t would accumulate another large interest fee & be turned over to collections. She was hoping I could manage something to prevent that action from happening. (Plus I think when accounts go to collection..companies never recover the full amount due but only a % anyway). But, she could have been rude & disrespectful..but she wasnt . The sercice dept I have found to be top notch. Thankfully, we rarely need to use them for an emergency..we have a service plan that they come & service the unit once a year..maintain & teoubleshoot any potential issues before that 2am call is necessary. Im not sure if they have the cheapest price on oil..but its competitive.

I originally called to get a hot water recirculation line installed so I could finally have instant hot water at my kitchen sink. During his inspection, John noticed corrosion on my cast iron pipes that was causing a leak whenever I flushed the first floor toilet. What impressed me most is that several plumbers had looked at my place before and none of them caught it. He flagged it right away and explained everything clearly. He then quoted me a very fair price for the labor, a new toilet, and installation, and was able to schedule everything within the week. When the toilet arrived, he noticed a small blemish and told me he wouldn't install it because it didn't meet his standards and he told me not to pay until it was done right. That level of integrity is rare. When he came back with the replacement, he discovered the previous homeowner had done some questionable work with the flooring and the toilet had been sitting at an angle. Instead of just reinstalling it the same way, John took the extra time to properly level and seat it flush with the floor, which clearly took extra effort and skill. John is a true perfectionist, incredibly personable, and you can tell this is a family business that really cares about doing things the right way.
