I had an issue with my mini split. I asked him for a ball park estimate - he said a normal cleaning would be around $285. Owner sent two workers the next day, they spent a half hour, one cleaned the inside unit and the other the outside part. The bill read "cleaned indoor unit with coil cleaner cleaned outdoor unit with coil cleaner checked refrigerant and minor tune up" The bill (which I foolishly paid) was $525 I have called Peter - the person in charge - and he said he would look over the bill and get back to me. He never did ... I called him three more times, which all went to voice mail, and nicely asked for a chat to figure out a 'fair' price. Obviously, no return call. Don't want to hurt them but would never recommend them either. Can't 100% trust knowledge or workmanship.

Called them out to look at the issue. The first guy who came was super nice but wasn't able to fix the issue. He called in one of his co workers to assess the wiring. He came out and looked at the wiring claimed it wasn't wired right and he fixed it. Recommended we replace the 2 zone valves because they were dead. After I replaced the zone valves we still had the issue. I called back and informed them I was still having an issue. They said they'd come back out. 3 days go by which consisted of me chasing them constantly trying to get this issue resolved I finally gave up. After countless YouTube tutorials and Reddit forms we were able to resolve the heating issue ourselves. I get it's a busy time of year but a customer shouldn't have to call/text constantly for updates on if you are still coming to triage an issue. Based off of my experience I wouldn't recommend this company for your heating/cooling needs. read more

All phase installed a furnace in my home. Well, they placed a furnace in my home. Because it never worked. Turns out they never converted the the furnace from Nat Gas to Propane. Never had natural gas, nor is it available on my street. Nearly burned my newly built house down and killed my family. Got them on the phone, they denied installing it!!! I'm not really sure how to rate this company because I attempted to have them come on two separate occasions, but they never showed. The first time I called in mid-December and the first available appointment I could get was the second week of January. They work Monday through Friday 9 to 5 (no evening hours and no weekends). I work during the week so we settled on a date and time "first thing" in the morning so that they would be on-schedule (in my mind) as I was flying out in the late afternoon that same day, hence the reason I had a day off to meet with the plumber. My two hour window was 9:00 to 11:00am. I called at 10:00 to confirm that they still planned to make it by 11:00 and was told, "Yes you're on the schedule. As I was about to hang up the young woman I was speaking with then stated "Actually can we reschedule?" I politely said I could not as I had waited nearly a month for this appointment and did not have another day off in the near future and had had a leaking toilet for all this time. She passed the phone to another woman in the office who told me they were in the middle of an "emergency" and would contact the plumber to have them come over just to soon as he was able. I told her that my timeframe was not very big as I would be flying out later that day and had specifically scheduled this appointment far in advance as I didn't have a lot of days to I was available to meet with the plumber and to make sure I got the timeslot I requested. She told me she would call him and get right back to me. A half an hour went by and I heard nothing. I called back and she said she had forgotten to call me and asked if I still wanted them to come or did I want to reschedule. Against my better judgment I did just that. I let her know I was a brand new customer, and this was not making a good first impression. If they didn't even have the courtesy to let me know they were running behind and or wouldn't make it, I wondered about their work ethic. Let me remind you, I only learned they didn't plan to make it because I was pursuing the appointment I had set up nearly a month in advance. Fast forward a week and a half later to the only other day of the month I took off and planned to have them come... I called first thing in the morning (just before 9:00) to the actual plumber (rather than the office), he handed the phone to the second woman I spoke to earlier in the month to reschedule this appointment. She confirmed I was on the schedule. Needless to say a couple hours went by and I heard nothing. I called to to determine what was happening and was told that there was an emergency (again). They could not give me an estimate for what time they would come (I had the same 9:00-11:00 window). Several hours went by and foolishly I kept waiting. My boyfriend told me from the beginning of the day they weren't planning on coming I thought he was being absurd surely they wouldn't completely cancel without any notification -- AGAIN?! I believe I got a message around 2:30pm stating that "the plumber would not be able to make it on this day and did I want to reschedule?" The adage "fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me" came to mind. I guess they don't have much consideration for people's time, but I don't have endless days to sit around waiting for someone that will presumably never show up. Furnace shut off on New Year's Day. Called all phase at 6:00pm explained the issue. They came out first thing in the morning. They were extremely friendly, professional, knowledgeable, explained what went wrong and what they were doing, very upfront about pricing and understood the cost aspect for me, pricing was very reasonable for what I needed done. I spent over $5k on a furnace in July (2020) and I was not happy with the cheap thermostat they installed which would not show the house temp. I spoke with Peter, the owner, several times and constantly via text for 2 months waiting for a time for them to come over with a better (more appropriate given the money I spent ) thermostat and all I got was excuse after excuse and still 2 months later stuck with same inferior cheap unsatisfactory thermostat! If I could give NO stars, I would. We have been ripped off. This business needs to be out of business. They quoted us a price. The price was higher than most, but they were recommended by an acquaintance and we gave them a shot. We wanted our unit installed in a different location and they said no problem. They said that they required half of the job as a deposit before they could do anything. We paid it and they scheduled us for the job for 2 weeks later. They showed up with no warning at all the next day. No call, no warning just showed up. We were not even at home! We only showed up because we forgot 0something and had to go back home. We had to cancel our plans to accommodate THEM! Us, the paying customer had to accommodate THEM! They are sloppy and they lie. They do not care about your property and leave your old AC/equipment for you to dispose of. They also said we needed $500.00 extra work to repair broken ducts. After having the new ac unit installed by them a couple of months ago, it required them to come back 2 times within the first 2 weeks. It had stopped working. They got it running ok. It had only been up to 70 degrees outside at that time. 2 weeks ago Temps started rising. We set our thermostat at 69 degrees and the house got down to 72 to 73. We called them at that time, left a message, we got no call back. We called yesterday, we were told the problem is in our ducts. Really? You charged us to fix broken ducts. If there was a problem with the install, or additional needed equipment they should have known, included it in the estimate and noted it on our invoice, they did not. He said he would contact us the next day, today, to set an appointmentto come and check it out. It is now 8:30 and no contact. Our thermostat has been set at 67 and it is 80 in here. Actually 80 degrees. We are out almost $6,000.00 for $4,800.00 job, and it does not work. We are handicapped, it is not healthy for anyone who is whole in these Temps let alone seniors who are handicapped, have breathing difficulties as well as difficulty getting around. These people took advantage of us. They took our money and did a horrible job. Do not use them. Now we have to pay another company to come and diagnose our unit and decide what it will take to repair. We got the recommendation for the new company from The Better Business Bureau. All Phase has a BBB rating of "F". We should have checked. The new company, responded to our inquiry within 15 to 20 minutes of contacting the BBB for a recommendation. And they are rated "A+. Owner installed system early august, did not work correctly from day 1. Tried to get a hold of owner for weeks, finally comes back and says "there's a leak somewhere." Weeks later still not resolved and home has no heat or AC. Initially said work includes electric hook ups, day of install says "I'm not an electrician I can't hook it up." False promises, misleading, and untrustworthy. I have a non complete heating system, when installed I needed AC (didn't work) now with winter months approaching FAST I have not heat and just more holes in my home now. It's equivalent to having no system at all. This is also on an investment home. 2 months of back and forth resulted in about a $4,000 interest charges to me because I can NOT sell a home without heat. All Phase installed a water heater for us in March of 2019. There was no hot water and after several phone calls they came out a week later to fix. They were paid in full. Several months later a home inspection revealed that there was no overflow pipe installed. We called and they said they would arrive on December 27, 2019. No one showed up. We called several more times and scheduled appointments for 1/2/20 and again they did not show up or call. When we finally reached them they rescheduled the following day and never showed on 1/3/20. Several more calls led them to schedule appointments on 1/6/20 & 1/9/20 again with no show and no phone call. They again stated multiple issues but that they would come the following day on 1/10/20 and again didn't show. I called and spoke to the owner at 9am on 1/13/20 who assured me that he would be out and scheduled a time for 2-3PM. At 3:15 I called the office and the receptionist told me he was at the doctor's with his son but she would have him call me. No one ever did. They did not bother to show up for no less then 7 appointment times and at least 15 phone calls causing both my husband and I to miss work time. We had to hire another plumber to fix the incorrectly installed/incompleted water heater. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. If I could give them zero stars I would.
