I also love seeing the Tuesday Night Drop on instagram and then stopping by the shop to see the new items and say hi to the fabulous Cue Team! These women are hard workers and are always ready to pull together new looks for you with a smile on their face. The sizing is definitely a traditional boutique feel and caters to a younger, lively crowd. That being said, I've found amazing jeans, sweaters and dresses there so many times. The price point is reasonable, with some higher priced items as well. I like to buy pieces for special occasions here because they are unique and not something I can just find anywhere. They also have an amazing bridal section that has great options for showers Bachelorette parties and rehearsal dinners! Overall, I'm a big fan. The customer service is great and you'll be guaranteed to find something beautiful for yourself or for a thoughtful gift. Or both! Just be sure to brace yourself for a big purchase because you'll have a hard time choosing just a few items and it's right above the best little market (double trouble!).

When I arrived at the event venue, the flowers were already on the tables -- and they were gorgeous! Folks practically arm-wrestled after the event to get to take home one of the centerpieces! Based on my inquiries at a couple of other florists located closer to downtown Boston, I felt that Cedar Grove Gardens provided excellent value at a fair price.

I called the store and explained what happened and they said I would have to come back to the store to receive a refund, even though they saw the item I purchased on the counter where the sales rep left it. I then asked to speak to the manager, and I was placed on hold once again for over 10 minutes. I explained to Jessica the manager that I don't live close by and it would be an inconvenience she still said they couldn't do anything about it and I would have to come back into the store for my refund. I'm out of a gift for my coworker, no refund unless I travel 45 minutes back to that store, and leave to get a cheesy gift card. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AND NOT MY FAULT!!!!

I made it a point to visit this shop on my trip to visit family up there from coming from all the…read moreway from Oklahoma. Since we don't have a lot of Irish stores here. The time of my visit was during Chris Columbus weekend. I took the commuter train in from Newburyport to North Station and then take the T to Broadway and walk all the way there. By the time I got there it was well after 11pm and the door was locked and had a sign that said be back in a few, turned out to be 30 minutes. Had a decent conversation with a local guy that waited with me there saying the gal Mary or something just lived up the street and she'd probably be there real soon. When the lady did show up didn't apologize or anything which is fine, I really wanted to get something from Southie. Which would be made from there and was also Irish. Sadly, nothing there was from the area. Most of the stuff you'd find in most of the Irish stores in the area. The shirts that had Southie on them were very generic. I did find a bin on the floor near the register that had some Irish jerseys and was marked 35 dollars on the front of the bin. I saw a Guinnes soccer jersey and thought okay I'll go with that, ended up being 50 dollars. At this point didn't care anymore and fine.. the money is going to keep it local and all so here ya go. So, it may not have been the greatest experiences I might just ask for a place that is called Southies Own, to sell some local stuff that matches the theme of the store.
