I have never been rude, disrespectful, or abusive in any way; all I did was hold them accountable for failing to communicate. Somehow, I am being punished for their mistake. I strongly feel this decision was unfair and undeserved, and I hope the owner or management sees this review and reconsiders the blacklisting. Patients should know that if they try to hold this office accountable, they could face the same treatment -- which directly contradicts the professionalism and care the owner publicly claims to value. Dr. Silberg may have been a good plastic surgeon years ago but his last few years was a disaster. I'm not the only patient he took advantage of. I spoke to his wife who was answering the phone and told her he promised to fix his work but now I would have to pay another doctor. She said "well who do you think should pay for it"?
