Not only am I'm ecstatic with the results, but the aftercare has been above and beyond my expectations. I'm a nurse, and I'm REALLY picky about healthcare. I was a little surprised on my first visit that the waiting room was very casual, more like a home than an office. But entering a treatment room changed my mind on that concern. Her equipment is state of the art. Most importantly, she listens. I had something in mind, and she explained exactly why that working get the results I want. It wasn't an up-sell, it was providing the appropriate patient education. She was right, and I am still a little startled when I look in the mirror, it looks lovely. It's been almost 6 months and most of the swelling is completely gone. Still the tiniest bit on my eyelids. I was back at work 10 days after the surgery, and while my colleagues knew what I had had done, my patients didn't. I received so many comments about how great I looked, did I change my hair, etc. But no one seemed to guess I'd had surgery. Not that I really care! Parking was pretty easy but i am sure it will not always be the same considering that it is located by the square in Healdsburg where there is lots of traffic. I walking in and was welcomed by the nurse who was really kind and smiley. I told her that i had an appointment the next but i was trying to see if i could get in now. She looked over my appointment and say that i could totally do that and she would cancel the one for the next day. I filled all the paper works she gave me and only had to wait for about 5 min before meeting with the doctor. Doctor Dale was really friendly and funny. He took care of my foot problem and give me caring advances. The consultation was really fast but resourcefully. I will definitely be back to doctor Dale if i got any other problems. Also i like this location better than the one in Santa Rosa. It is more personable.

Over the weekend, I realized this practice has multiple locations, but since they were closed, there was no way to confirm where I was actually supposed to go. I called first thing Monday morning and left a voicemail asking for clarification. When they finally returned my call, I was told that no appointment had ever been scheduled for me in the first place. So no one bothered to actually book the appointment they told me I had. This is a complete breakdown in basic scheduling and communication. Patients shouldn't have to chase down details or worry that their appointment doesn't even exist. If this is how they handle new patients, it doesn't inspire much confidence in the rest of their operations.

From my very first phone call, consultation, follow-up emails, video calls, and scheduling, every single person has been attentive, efficient, kind, and incredibly responsive. Dr. Tom has surrounded himself with an amazing team. I never once felt forgotten, hurried, or like my questions were a bother. I had a conscious sedation, or "awake," tummy tuck with liposuction to my abdomen and flanks. Because we live out of the area, I had several calls and video visits with the office before surgery. By the time I arrived, I felt completely relaxed and well informed. My questions had been answered, my labs were complete, and I already had my medications in hand. The entire process was incredibly organized. Surgery day could not have gone more smoothly. I had no complications or complaints and was completely comfortable. I actually napped on and off throughout the procedure! The entire surgical team made me feel safe, relaxed, and very well cared for. The post-op care has been just as impressive. Dr. Tom personally stayed in contact with both my husband and me the day of surgery and the following day, and we were given his personal cell phone number in case we had any concerns or urgent needs. On my second night post-op, I developed a mild fever of 100.9°. My husband called Dr. Tom at 8:30 that evening, and he answered his cell phone immediately. He was incredibly kind and reassuring, talked us through what was happening, and gave us advice on what to do. Thankfully, everything was fine and it was simply my body reacting to everything it had been through. Dr. Tom then called the next morning to check on me and offered to have me come into the office if I wanted to be seen. That experience really drove home that when he gives you his personal number and tells you to call if you need him, he means it. I'm now post-op day five and am still receiving a daily text checking on my progress. That level of care means so much. And the results... WOW. I know I'm only five days post-op and several months away from seeing my final result, but I already could not be happier. I can see beautiful definition in my waist and a flat stomach, even this early in the healing process. For anyone wondering about my starting point, I'm 5'2", was 124 pounds going into surgery, and would consider myself to have an athletic build. My trouble areas have always been my "mom pouch" and love handles, where I tended to carry any extra weight. At 46 years young, I finally decided to do this as a gift to myself. I had wanted a tummy tuck for the better part of 15 years. My only regret is that I didn't do it sooner. Dr. Tom and his team have made something I anticipated for years feel remarkably easy, comfortable, and positive. I would choose them again without hesitation.

After my first-ever lip filler, Julie told me to watch for any "white dots" and contact her if they appeared. The next day, I noticed a white spot in the center of my lip and reached out immediately. She confirmed it was a vascular occlusion, which can cause permanent damage if not treated right away. When I arrived for treatment, Julie wasn't at her salon. She texted that she'd "be right back," but I ended up waiting over an hour, along with what another client who was also waiting. Once she arrived, the appointment dragged on for another three hours -- and she still didn't properly treat the affected area. She promised to meet me after work to finish treatment but showed up 45 minutes late, and decided not to wait any longer since it was already 9pm. She texted me at 9:30 saying she was there claiming she'd lost her phone, even though she told me she was in the car going straight to me. A couple of days later, she met with me for the second attempt and again for another three-hour session, but unfortunately, the issue still wasn't resolved. I now need to see a doctor to make sure no lasting damage. Overall, this experience was stressful, unprofessional, and concerning for my health.
