I totally understand that I'm not the only customer and that they must be very busy with calls all over Texas. I get it. What I don't understand is that the drivers don't communicate like I left a message to the driver that I was waiting in the back of the house where my vehicle is located. If you live around here, they know to come to the back of the house, especially I left a message. I'm wondering if these drivers are from out of state and that's why they don't know that the garages are located in the back of the house in the ally way? Anyhow, they came ringing the door bell in the front when I was waiting in the back and so now, I'm back to square one! I've been waiting since 1130 this morning. This is UNACCEPTABLE!!
