I called them on Easter weekend and they were about to close shop early for the holiday weekend but I caught them right before closing and they agreed to stay open just long enough for me to get there and drop off the jeans. I arrived and Mr. Imparali (their dad) stayed after just to measure my hem and then the tune around time was quick! Just a few days later we picked up the jeans and they even expedited it for us. The craftsmanship was flawless -- he didn't just tailor the suit to fit perfectly now, he even left extra fabric hidden inside the seams so we can let it out as my son grows. It feels like they are well past their prime as a business, or maybe they are just over it. My recent experience was incredibly frustrating from start to finish. The woman who took my clothes was abrupt, impatient, and failed to fit the garments correctly during the initial consultation. Many hundreds of dollars later, the actual alterations were way below the standard of a professional tailor. When I returned to try on the completed items, several adjustments were clearly still needed. Instead of fixing them, I was dismissively told that "it was supposed to be like that." To make matters worse, the clothes weren't even pressed--they were just wound up and shoved into a plastic bag. On top of the awful quality and customer service, their prices are much higher than competing businesses in the area. After years of loyalty, I will not be returning. I strongly would not recommend.
