I called Mr. Wallace about an older picture my parent had hanging in the house in Pennsylvania. It was a French print that had a brass name plate with painters name and the name of the work. Sent Mr. Wallace 3 pictures of the picture and he called me back in 15-20 minutes. he told me if it was a painting, its value would be 300-500K, but being a very nice print around $100. I look into a few prior appraisers before contacting Mr. Wallace, and they all wanted an appraisal fee before checking it out. I spoke to Mr. Wallace for a few minutes after his appraisal, and he told me to contact him for any future discoveries I come across.
