    The call service is a ioke. Thev used to be great no issues…read more That has significantly changed. Ido not believe they have any office staff anvmore! I think thev went fully online ordering and you ONLY speak to people Philippines. The last time Michelle was in office was 9/26 she never called me. 10/02. My Dr sent the script 9/9. I was suppose to have a new in office fitting. I am still using the same old mask and tubing. Ever since this Valmar company took over..straiqht down the drain. I would steer clear especially if using Military Benefits, there is better options in town. If don't get this resolved I am taking my business else where. Stop being a small business wanting support and then moving obs that could be for stay at home parents here supporting one another and moving them overseas. I want to do business with people who offer customer personal service not 1 hour on a call. and when I ask the person "is that what you just said" they sav "i don't know" 10/22 the never contacted me I went b the office nothing place is a ghost town dk what scam valmar is doing but they didnt even send my stuff to insurance till 10/10. Did it wrong was denied with wrona codes. Never called me then i qet a texi today with no info but savs I have a bill. I can't see it and even when 1 tried an account.... have no info on this mvsterious pill! I will be filing a complaint with the AG of Florida about this buisness. I already told mv doctors office and thev will not be using them anymore either. Next I will file a complaint with Tricare east.

Greg Sapp, one of the owners, took the time to give me a real education about what CPAP could do for me. Long story short, these guys have improved my life. 5 stars all the way.

    I hate bashing companies, but this one has the first place prize in the worst service I've ever…read morereceived. And, reading some of these other reviews, it's not just me. I spoke on the phone with a CSR who said that my father's CPAP would be $9/month with $42 upfront. We agreed to those terms and scheduled an appointment. We first came to the office and sat to wait for our appointment. Out of the corner of my eye, I see a roach crawling by. Now why would there be a roach in any office that has "medical" in its title is a mystery to me. I ignored the warning bells and we went ahead and met with David, the respiratory therapist. He explained about the machine, took the $42 in cash, and took our credit card info for the monthly payments. We left supposedly happy and satisfied, but we didn't imagine what might be heading our way. A couple of days later, we find that not only they've taken the cash that we've given them, they've also charged us the same amount on our credit card. We called, Sarah (wait till you hear what happens to her) left me a voicemail with two options, one of which wasn't sanctioned by the company and both of which she wasn't authorized to make. Unknowingly, we agreed to let them keep the money and in return, they would notate the account as paid in full. A couple of months later, we needed supplies, and it took them upwards of 2 months to send them. That wasn't a problem as we were traveling, but goes to show how prompt and respectful they are. Fast forward to 6(!!!) months later, when we start receiving bills. It wasn't $9/month as Sarah said, it was actually $17.77/month. Our cash payment wasn't even registered in the system, and Sarah's employment had been conveniently terminated. Calls to the office went unanswered, the billing company was no help. I had had enough of this company, and decided to take matters into my own hands and drive there. I spoke with Lisa, who's apparently always on a conference call, even when she's out of town. Lisa had the nerve to tell me that she would call me with updates about my insurance, and to be fair, she was consistent and I NEVER heard back from her. She said she would deal with the billing company and settle my bills, but lo and behold, I receive another bill, this time with a higher balance and a late fee! I drove there again, and she wasn't in the office. Two emails and many, many, many phone calls later, problem was solved. But knowing this company, I wouldn't be surprised if they still had something up their sleeve. Needless to say, we ended business with them.

    If I could get a negative star I would it has been a month since I have contacted Errol care…read morenumerous times and attempts Jonte my CPAC supplies I understand that it can be take some time when you're transferring to a new place however I was told that it was my secondary insurance that would not pay. I didn't contact aerospace payment office which stated I was good and there was no problem. I was then told my order would ship Errol care Ed also hung up on me three times and transferred me to record her one lady actually had the knowledge to read the code in the computer and stated what I actually needed to get my order going the doctor sent this form to aerospace it was for a different insurance company. Hopefully it is to ship n two weeks.
