I ordered the Artistic Designer's Choice-Premium for $115 with $18 deliver charge. The birthday was today, 2/28 and the flowers were not delivered until 6:30pm. No knock. No door bell. Just left on the door step. Attached is a photo of the bouquet being delivered and I thought, there is no way that is the one I ordered. That is not premium nor worth $115. Then when we came home I was even more disappointed. If this is considered artistic, they need a new florist. It is too small, too plain and too expensive for the quality. I did call earlier to see why they hadn't been delivered yet and had the same rude lady on the phone that sounds like she is on speaker phone in her house and that my inquiry is putting her out. Unless it is a full refund, there is nothing that can make this right. We will never be back nor recommend this location. RESPONSE TO WILL: "Thanks for reaching out so we can take care of your request." What does that even mean? Are you reading your reviews? The flowers are not adequate, your employee is rude and the delivery was not timely. Where in that was there a request? This makes me think "Will" is AI and these reviews are not even being monitored by the location. Just another reason to doubt this business. Disappointing. read more

I would not recommend this floral shop to friends or family. My husband ordered flowers for my birthday on Monday for delivery on Wednesday. He was not asked to provide a delivery time and was unaware that one needed to be specified. When he called around 5:00 PM on the day of delivery to ask when they would arrive, the woman who answered the phone was very short and rude, stating that deliveries could be made as late as 8:00 PM. The flowers were marked as delivered at 6:40 PM, but there was no knock or doorbell ring, and we were not notified. As a result, we did not see the flowers sitting outside until around 8:00 PM. When we brought them inside, several flowers were already dying and two roses had broken stems. My husband called the shop again, and the same woman answered. She was again rude and dismissive, showed no concern or apology for the condition of the arrangement, and did not acknowledge that the flowers had been left outside for nearly two hours. No refund was offered--only a re-delivery two days later. We have ordered from many florists over the years and have always received beautiful arrangements along with respectful customer service. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this florist. read more

This was an awful experience. First of all the flowers that were supposed to be delivered looked nothing like the arrangement I ordered. Second of all I called the florist multiple times throughout the day and I could not speak to someone who was actually there. Instead they had different people answer a customer service line who did not understand what I requested. I was supposed to receive a call back and I never received one.
