I order the Sentiments of Serenity Spray and I pay for the premium. They were out of lily. So they had to do a replacement use Calla lily. When I was send the photos of the flowers that was done I felt like it wasn't worth what I had paid for. All the flowers was so space out. I call to ask them if they could add like breath to fill up more but I was told by the person on the phone she doesn't know that she could try telling them. The flowers came with nothing done to it. Ordered a pink and white lovely spring bouquet of flowers to be delivered. Paid an expedited fee to deliver before 1.Got a confirm at 9am the next morning regarding delivery address then at 11:00 got a call that they only had red roses and"would that be okay"... no! Then they offered a plant which screamed retirement .... no! Had to scramble , find a florist and end up paying a higher delivery fee and had to have them delivered to her home instead of her last unexpected day at work. Super frustrated. Personally , I think they could have run to TJs or Costco to make up a few of their orders. Who runs out of flowers or only has 1 plant not even orchids to offer? read more

I paid extra. $35 dollars extra for the flowers to be delivered to St. Peters Hospital by 10 am. They arrived at midnight. These are absolutely hideous for the price I paid $141.43. The only good thing about this company is an associate named Tyler who found my order and refunded me. I'm grateful to him, and I was able to buy my mom a proper arrangement. Tyler needs a raise. They have the best customer service... from the ordering all the way until the arrangement was delivered. Being in a different state than where the flowers were being delivered it is hard knowing exactly what you are getting. This is the second time I have used Williams and I was just as pleased as I was the first time. They have great personal service and kept me informed on the process. I was sent pictures of the arrangement before it was delivered so I could make changes if necessary... but it was perfect and I was very happy with it and no changes were needed. Spent $200 on a bouquet (including delivery fee). Bouquet was delivered a day late because they said they didn't have the flowers for the design on their website, so would be a day delay. Bouquet delivered was not what was ordered! Vase was not right, bouquet completely different shape and used cheap flowers. Will never use them again! read more

It was the 25th birthday of a very special person. I ordered an arrangement that included 18 roses in various shades of yellow. I paid for an upgrade to get additional flowers. They sent 12 yellow roses, all one shade. The arrangement was fine and the flowers were fresh but there is no denying I got far less than I paid for. It was a big disappointment. Even more disappointing is the fact that they texted a photo of the blah arrangement asking if it was okay or if changes were required 90 minutes AFTER delivery. And they didn't reply to my answer.
