    Email with further order delay.

William Sonoma has gone wayyyy down hill. They are trading on the name recondition but the service and quality has dropped. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. I ordered a gift basket for a neighbor and if was delayed so long that I was embarrassed when it showed up. Now, I ordered a gift for a weeding. Ordered March 1. Original delivery date promised was long before the wedding. Today, I got an email that the gift would be delivered three weeks after the wedding. Their delivery deadlines are a complete fabrication. If you need something by a certain date, shop elsewhere. So disappointed. I remember when this was a quality brand. Sad to see it fade.

What better location than in Columbus Circle for Williams-Sonoma! Convenient and easy to get to. Great place for shopping for house-ware items or gifts for the home. Love coming here during the year for gifts or even the holidays! They have Disney, Star Wars, Game of Throne Games themed gifts now! Always the latest and greatest variety to choose from. The spices are great ideas, cookie cutters, bakeware, home goods and more. One of my favorite places to come for housewarming gifts! Variety and options changes with the season too...now is a great time for holiday gifts! Staff is friendly and helpful in finding items you want.

Very snobby staff at this location with typically overpriced kitchenware. Bowl of moldy lemons on display with bugs flying around. They should worry less about me looking at the sale section and more about getting fake lemons for the store.

Current time: 2:35 and no sign of anyone wrapping my package anytime soon

I was the perfect customer. I came in, was polite, knew EXACTLY what I want...and by that, I mean I marched to the shelf and decided immediately. All an associate had to do was call for it in stock upstairs, and then I had it, was directed to the cashier, and checked out. I even donated a couple bucks to whatever charity they were plugging at the register. I asked for my item gift wrapped, and the cashier told me it would be a few minutes since it was a large item. No big deal. Then, the waiting began. A lot of waiting. So much waiting, in fact, that it's now 11 minutes since I paid, and I've had time to write this review, and my package is STILL sitting beside the cashier. And nobody is acknowledging it. Large items take a few minutes to wrap, sure. Large items do not take 15 minutes to carry to the back. I could have walked to another store, bought wrapping paper and a ribbon, and done it myself by now. My experience could not have been worse. I'll take my business elsewhere next time Update: someone finally came out to wrap my item, and said "do you just want paper and a bow?" And I said "umm sure, as opposed to what?" And she rudely said "as opposed to taking everything out of the box". No obviously I don't want you to do that, are you effing kidding?

Sugar cookies that I made using Nordic Ware geometric cookie stamps from Williams-Sonoma in Columbus Circle

I shop at this location frequently as it is close to my job. While I have always liked the Columbus Circle location and find the employees to always be kind and helpful, this Saturday one employee really went above and beyond to help me! I was looking for Nordic Ware geometric cookies stamps but the website said that they were out of stock. I went in anyway with the hope that I could find some other Christmassy stamps instead. The store on Saturday was PACKED! I've never seen it this busy and all the employees were helping multiple people. I found some cookie stamps but all of them were either spring floral or Star Wars - no Christmas or generic cookie stamps to be found. James, an employee at WS, saw me looking around and asked if he could help me find something. I asked if they sold any Christmas stamps or geometric stamps. He called me over to his computer and pulled up a set of stamps he thought I would like and, low and behold, they were the Nordic Ware geometric stamps I had wanted but thought they didn't have! He said the system was showing that they should have a few so he called another staff member to look for them in the back. He also looked at other locations in the city to see if anyone else had them in stock and informed me about what my shipping options were and how quick they would get to me if he couldn't find them in the city. After that he told me to browse in the store while he tried to track down the stamps. Shortly, he came and found me and he had tracked down the stamps! James truly went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for. I have worked retail, I know what the Christmas rush feels like and I would have completely understood if he had just said "sorry, if they aren't there then we are sold out." That he took his time to track them down really meant a lot - especially since I wanted them to finish making cookies for a gift and needed to be done by the next day. I highly recommend checking out this WS location. The store is gorgeous (if you haven't seen the gingerbread city scape yet - GO!), the employees are knowledgeable, and above all they are helpful. Just understand that the store may not flow as quickly as you would like because it is a really high traffic shopping center. Have some patience and snack on one of the food samples they usually have while you wait!

A friendly and efficient store. Sure, it's full of overpriced stuff, 99% of which nobody really needs, but it's fun to look a the items that have one very specific use. I just don't know who has that much cabinet or drawer space to store all this stuff! I come here regularly to exchange my Sodastream CO2 cannisters and find it very convenient. The store is clean and the staff is nice. It's funny to watch the people who shop here...so much plastic surgery!

Was introduced to Williams-Sonoma's free culinary classes by Benson Y, particularly the knife skills class. Mike was a great instructor and was able to handle so many people - I'm not sure if all of them signed up or drop-ins. Regardless, the entire class was very informative and it helped a bit for me in determining which $$$ knife to get - the Chef's or the Sandoku. The rep from EdgeWare was also cool enough to provide free knife sharping. Great classes, beautiful store, awesome service.

Salesperson (Laila P) was late, was so frazzled and disconnected she provided zero guidance when looking at tile. I think I knew more about the product than she did. Follow up emails to her about tile questions were 100% incorrect ("our tiles are ceramic, non-porous tiles. They are NOT natural stone."). That is UNTRUE!!! Delivery was a joke. Per contract, delivery was with a pallet jack. They arrived with an enormous forklift that could not get down my street (or any NYC street). See image. Dropped it 150 ft from my home. Had to carry 1,350 pounds of tile 150 ft into my apartment. Customer service after that was short and rude (Sedina O). Contested delivery fee with credit card and won. Finally tried to return tiles and they refused because I reached out to them 46 days after delivery (policy is 45 days). Really??!! Go somewhere else where you can buy the same tile for less money. They charge extra so they can pay for their MASSIVE showrooms all over the world. The sales people there are useless. Good luck getting any support from corporate. They are non existent.

I sent all specs and what material I wanted. I went to the store -- open to 6 on the website. No appointment indicated as needed and this was quick. I got there at 5. Customer support here is virtually non-existent. At least for small orders.

What stood out immediately was that she didn't just try to "sell" me a bathroom. She actually paid attention to how I live day to day and designed the space around that. She noticed little things I didn't even think about, like where lighting should hit the mirror, storage that wouldn't make the room feel crowded, and materials that looked expensive without feeling cold or overly trendy. The biggest difference with NYKB was that the process never felt chaotic. Usually when people talk about renovations it's horror stories, delays, and constantly chasing people down. I never felt that here. Everything felt intentional and handled. Maia somehow managed to make a renovation feel calm, which I didn't think was possible. Now that it's finished, my bathroom genuinely feels like part of a luxury hotel suite but still personal and comfortable. Everyone who comes over comments on it immediately. Looking back, choosing NYKB was probably the best decision I made for the project. Maia has an eye that's very hard to find.
