The 881 Broadway store is the main Crate & Barrel shop in NYC. The location encompasses prime real estate in the fashionable Flatiron area. The lofty wide open space is rather impressive with large tasteful displays of seasonal offerings. Much of the sales staff that I interacted with were extremely helpful, and eager to offer advice. I have never had an issue seeking assistance. In my experience, Crate & Barrel is a good brand with much to offer. A bit on the high price spectrum but one can always find a great bargain in the big city if you strategize. Holiday sales are very good with discounts. HAPPY SHOPPING! enjoy this last day of Summer sending all best wishes to you for the autumnal days ahead! xoxo

I was in need of Glencairn whiskey glasses, so I visited Crate and Barrel. I walked thru the door and felt as if I were in some wealthy suberb far from NYC. The store is beautiful, and very neatly kept. I found my items right away, and proceeded to the checkout. The store associates were most helpful, and I was in and out in five minutes. I'm not sure where some of these negative reviews came from. I guess we have some real crackpots in NYC.

Beautiful, huge store that is a big upgrade from the old store in soho. Sometimes they have some drinks and nibbles when you're in.

This is a beautiful Crate & Barrel and a great addition to Broadway. It spans 2 floors and has a huge selection of furniture, home goods, and a Crate & Kids section downstairs. We've been on the hunt for a new console for our living room and I came in to see a specific burl wood console I had admired online. To my surprise, it was literally one of the first pieces of furniture I saw when I walked in. There are those times you just need a little discount to get you over the hill, so I figured.... Why not ask. I asked one of the associates if she knew of any sales coming up or promotions I could look out for. It just so happened, she asked if we had recently moved (we had, 6mo prior) so she was able to provide me with a one time 15% new mover discount. Sometimes, you just need to ask! The $300 discount was enough for me to seal the deal. It's been delivered and definitely levels up our living room.

Came here looking for furniture, and a lot of stuffs piqued my interest. This is definitely different than other furniture stores that i visited before: Ashley, Bob Discount, West Elm, etc. There was a couch that I felt very comfortable and I almost fell asleep in there. I was speechless. Wish I could have purchase it right away. Definitely will do that in the future when i need a couch : )

This Crate and Barrel is a flagship store and it's phenomenal! They have 2 floors of gorgeous home goods and you can decorate your residence with quality furniture and accessories! Try it out by sitting on a comfy couch and take pictures of it and order it online or in the store if you can find a salesperson. There's no one around to help you so I suggest ordering it online.

I thought I was going crazy two months ago.. I was in Flatiron to meet a friend and was on my way to Daily Provisions and passed Crate and Barrel. I did a double take.. didn't go in.. Today, before we caught a movie at AMC across the street, we stopped in. One word: WOW! I did another double take and said to Alisa, they took over the ABC home store that sold only rugs at this space. Let me just say this.. I could practically live in this store! I'm a huge fan and have been for years. I've moved 3x in my life and all my furniture comes from Crate. The store is beautifully merchandised, the lay out is logical: main floor houses appliances, gadgets, glassware, tableware, etc. The lower level houses bedding, pillows, rugs, furniture and is accessible via stairs or this massive elevator. Folks, my mouth was in the dropped position the whole time! I needed a new citrus juicer and also picked up a beautiful rattan fruit basket. George assisted me at check out and my mouth dropped again when I told him I'm always at the Soho location. That location closed last November.. I was stunned. That location served me through two apartments!! I'm stunned and sad. Well, we know the saying " When one door closes another opens". Bravo and congrats Crate and Barrel on this gorgeous store! I'm starting my list for future purchases..

There are so many options to pick up a souvenir from your museum visit! The location of the store is split in three locations, two inside the museum itself 1) directly to the left and down a floor when you enter from the 53rd Street entrance, 2) upstairs on the second floor of the museum toward the east side of the building closer to the second floor museum cafe, 3) directly across the street from the 53rd Street entrance on the south side of the street. They all carry the same items with varying degrees of overlap, the second floor store is the smallest, the store across the street carries more home furnishing items. From postcards, posters and stationery, writing tools, kitchen serving ware and utensils, toys, jewelry, accessories, home decor, books and other printed media, expect all sorts of creative designs. While I want to support art and artists, I think the only downside is that prices are definitely on the higher side, in general NY tourist attractions tend to upcharge so much for even the most basic items (like $8 magnets).

During a recent sale, their pickup team was incredibly rough with my furniture--a Century Furniture piece from the 80s that was a cherished family heirloom. Despite my repeated warnings that their handling would cause damage, they continued to be reckless and completely destroyed the item. I have video and photographic evidence of the item's pristine condition prior to pickup, as well as the damage they caused in real-time. Despite this, AptDeco is now attempting to claim the item was "damaged upon pickup." I saw them ruin this piece with my own eyes. To make matters worse: * Customer Support is a ghost town. Every email is answered by a different person (Von, Alex, etc.), and no one takes responsibility. * The phone lines are a sham. Their listed support number (646-586-9056) disconnects immediately when called. * Unsafe practices. Their third-party partners showed up at my building at nearly 9:00 PM without notice, which is a significant security concern and completely unprofessional. AptDeco has done nothing to resolve the $160 payout for the damage they caused. If you value your furniture or your sanity, do not use this platform. I am currently preparing a BBB complaint and filing in small claims court. AptDeco Management: Contact me immediately to resolve my payout.

After hemming and hawing for all of five minutes and checking across the street if anyone recognized me, I walked in and quickly requested a 45-minute massage. I was impressed with the experience. This place is cleaner than most reflexology Chinese massage places. There's a faint smell of lavander and soft Asian sounding music. The massage tables are new and the breathing holes plushly padded. I've never breathed easier on a massage table. The staff speaks English relatively well and they speak in hushed and respectful tones. The massage itself was about average, but I know from experience that the variation in skill level can be quite large even within the same parlor. The prices are the same as other reflexology places in the area, $38 for a 45-minute massage. I'm gonna have to come back just as soon as I get over the guilt..
