We had to repeatedly remind him about things, and when it was time for food delivery, he couldn't remember who ordered what. Ironically, the staff member bringing out the food did a much better job making sure everyone received the correct meal. One thing that was disappointing was being charged the automatic 20% gratuity for a large party, even though our group only consisted of five people, not six.
