We came to the hospital and met a calm and confident receptionist who helped us to the labor and delivery unit. A team of nurses walked us through delivery and the 12 days our little guy had to spend in the NICU afterward. We received excellent care and are grateful to the nurses in the labor and delivery and NICU units for saving our son's life.

The pharmacy called and said they were out of one so called back at 5:03 to ask them to send it to another pharmacy. The clinic failed to call that one in before they closed at 730, leaving me in pain all night. After three days I wasn't feeling better so called to get a different antibiotic. After three calls I was finally able to speak with someone at 7:05pm. They simply told me they wouldn't call in another script, despite being told they would on my first visit, and would need to come in again the next morning. Obviously this would cost me another $350 out of pocket. Not to mention I can't help but feel like they didn't want to deal with me being just 25 minutes before closing. There are many good walk-in clinics to choose. Vanderbilt doesn't appear to be one.

Coming from a teenager that has struggled with self harm, s***** attempts, substance abuse, relationship abuse, various mood disorders, etc. I can rightfully say that I understand. And mental hospitals (your child/patient will tell you this part) SUCK! They're HORRIBLE! Because staff is often performative in their acts of "care." At Rolling Hills, I have encountered many stressful and damaging events. There are sweet nurses and tech there, like Mrs. Alicia :) But there's also a lot of unempathetic people employed at this facility - And others. Whether you bring your child to Trust Point, or Vertava, or Rolling Hills, they face the risk of being scrutinized by annoying staff (employees that lack consistent work ethic & real HEART). But that's what people need when they struggle. They need to be surrounded by people that care. So please, keep your child/patient safe. Take them to a mental hospital if you don't think that they/you can handle them being at home. BUT! Please please please, let your kid know you love them. Or grandson, or sister, or aunt, or whomever. Avoid having to put your "patient" in a predicament and ask them what they think they need. I know it can be difficult to differentiate between truth and lie, when trying to aid someone with poor mental health, but it's possible. I promise :) Everybody is capable of being saved

The week of Thanksgiving, I realized I was running low, so I called the office and spoke with Christopher, who said he would speak with Brenda--the provider I normally see--and that she would call me back. I never received a call. The following Monday, I called again and was told there was suddenly a letter in my file discontinuing my medication because I've been on it for five years. This was news to me. On 12/3/25, I spoke with the office manager, who said she would look into the situation with both Rob and Brenda and call me back. Once again, no one followed up. The staff at this facility knows I get seriously sick from allergies, yet no one seems concerned or willing to communicate. After this experience, I cannot recommend Gracepointe to anyone. Their lack of follow-through and disregard for patient needs is unacceptable.

I've used this hospital for the last 48 years (mainly since it's the closest to me)…read more I'll admit that in the distant past, I would have gone elsewhere for treatment, because there was a doctor in the ER who was pretty nasty, but since he left (about 10 years ago), they've improved tremendously. This hospital has literally saved my life on 3 separate occasions, twice for NMS (Neuroleptic Malignant Syndrome), and more recently, for DKA (Diabetic Keto Acidosis). I didn't realize my glucose was so dangerously high (over 1300, with an A1C of 13+), and it wasn't until I woke from a coma hearing someone telling me to cough as they removed the breathing tube, that I realized I was so dangerously close to death. They told me I'd been on a ventilator the last 2 days, and when I was brought in by ambulance, I was as close to death as I could get without actually dying. It was so close, that if my husband had tried to get me there by car, I wouldn't have made it. I was in A-fib, and comatose. I was able to leave 3 days later. The care I received was excellent, the doctors and nurses courteous and attentive. My only gripe is that my PCP doesn't have privileges at this hospital.

Arrived a few minutes late but was not an issue. Receptionists were very nice and informative. Got in to a patient's room within 5 minutes of checking in and completing two pages of paperwork. The nurse practitioner was very thorough and took down my symptoms and history. Dr Bloom came in about 20 minutes later. He was informative, pleasant, and thorough. Prescribed a decongestant and gave a recommendation on a OTC expectorant to take. Very happy overall with the experience.
