I was disappointed with my experience with Jen. She washed my hair and it was the most unsatisfying hair washing... Her fingers were like limp noodles Girl you gotta get in there and massage the scalp. No beverage offered, fine whatever. I had photos of the cut I wanted, I told her where I wanted my bangs. She cut much shorter and the layers are all in the front where the bangs start and not blended well in the back. I feel she did what she wanted without listening to what I was asking for. I hate to say this I've gotten better $10 haircuts with much better service. This haircut is one of my top 5 worst. read more

I have been seeing Meredith for about 10 years or so, and have referred numerous friends to her over the years, who all love her for their cuts and color. I have curly hair ranging from 3a and 3c curl type and tend to have some specific desires for my hair. Meredith either executes flawlessly or tells me during consult why I may want to rethink my plan. An extra perk to Meredith is she doesn't force conversation-- I've seen her after a long day when I have no desire to be talking and also when I am feeling annoying chatty. I only trust the girls here with my hair! I was so picky and scared to go to another hairstylist after my hair was damaged, I also never trusted anyone with cutting my hair. Although my hair was short I used to be very picky with how people would cut it. Some stylists would either cut too much hair off or gave me an unflattering shape. At willow & Wolfe I go to Shellby, she really takes care of me and knows exactly what my hair needs. Everyone at the salon keeps it real with you and doesn't try to up sell you with hair products, they only recommend what your hair actually NEEDS. Yesterday was my first time at Willow and Wolfe and I am in love with my new hair curtesy of Bronwyn. I came in with a long unruly mop of curly hair and left with a much shorter, more manageable cut. I loved the time that she spent shaping my hair and reviving my curls. She even finger coiled my new style to help my curls get back with the program. She used some lovely, new to me products called Oway, a sustainable eco friendly care line from Italy. The salon is so nice and clean, with lots of nice light. They are a completely green salon, they even just started a hair recycling program where all the hair trimmings get sent away and go into products like oil spill booms. I have found my new curly hair stylist and hair salon. I recommend Bronwyn to any curly hair lady. I am so pleased with my hair! read more

I've been trusting Shellby with my hair for years now, and when she and Bronwyn opened this place, I was excited to see what they could do with they own space. Whenever it's time for a cut and dye, I always get a warm welcome and it feels like I'm visiting old friends. Shellby knows how to tweak my color and style to my best advantage, and I always leave feeling and looking like the best version of myself. As soon as I'm out the door, people ask me where I got my hair done. There is a lot to love about this place on top of the talented, knowledgeable stylists, though. The space is gorgeous and clean and clearly designed with a lot of love. Plus, they stock products that I've never seen before but that have changed my hair care routine for the better. On one hand, they've got their fancy line. Shellby custom mixes my toner/dye into their conditioner base so that my pastel-silvery-blue hair never goes brassy and stays the same color between visits. On the other hand, they also make sure to stock high quality affordable products as well. It's a paraben and sulfate free salon quality line and all of their products are extremely affordable- I was told Willow&Wolfe wanted to make sure their customers could have healthy hair on a budget if they needed to. I use this line's shampoo and, between color-conditioner uses, their conditioner. If my hair wasn't color treated, I'd use this line only. My hair has been bleached almost to white but feels soft and healthy, and I've been getting it done this way for over a year. I am SO happy I went with Willow & Wolfe for my wedding hair, I highly recommend them for any special occasion! Willow & Wolfe was extremely helpful and attentive throughout the whole process to me and the 10 other women who needed their hair done the morning of my wedding, and everyone we worked with was very professional and organized. ALL of my bridesmaids got very different and unique styles for their hair, and they were each so happy with the hair they ended up with! We were a group with very different hair types and visions, and Willow and Wolfe did a great job at making our dreams come true. We had Bronwyn, Shelby, and Courtney with us for the morning, and not only did they make each of us feel like we had their whole attention and lots of time to be worked with, but they also ended up being ahead of the schedule that they organized. During my trial, Bronwyn spent over three hours with me- she worked with me to figure out the right style for my hair and made suggestions based on what would look best with my dress and venue. I didn't have a strong opinion on what exactly my hair should look like, and she did a great job at crafting a masterpiece that was better than I could have imagined! Bronwyn helped me pick my style, figured out how it would look with both my hair clip and my veil, and helped me practice taking out and putting the veil back in so that she could be sure it wouldn't mess up the hair. She wanted me to have smaller pieces of hair in the front to curl framing my face, and she even did a haircut right there and then to make sure that the pieces would be the perfect length. We ended up having a super unexpected rainy day on my wedding, and Bronwyn did a great job at adjusting my hair style so it would last throughout the day. My hair was still perfectly intact and looking beautiful at the end of the night, despite many times of being directly in pouring rain! Where do I start?! This place is amazing! I started following their instagram when they first opened and I'm so glad that I did. After having a baby, like clock work, 3 months later my hair has started to fall out but more than that it's dry and brittle and I can't even run my fingers through it . So I stopped by Willow & Wolfe today to grab a hydrating mask that I saw on their Instagram story. This shop is clean and beautiful. The girls are super sweet and more than helpful. My hair now feels amazing and smells amazing. And on top of how great and helpful the owners were, 2 separate reps came in while I was there to talk to them about hosting classes (for hair dressers) which they excitedly accepted, which says to me that they are really interested in learning more techniques and growing their skill sets.
