I've always felt talked down to, but it didn't bother me until their sommelier leveled a personal attack against me online (attached picture). When I came into the store to seek clarification, the manager, Chris, acknowledged that their wine expert could "be a bit of a hothead." His words, not mine. If I were you, I'd look at better local options or shop at one of their competitors on Drizly. I hope this store improves because Colorado desperately needs good wine, beer, and spirits stores.
