The things I'd offer for improvement are heated tables, some privacy with the scalp assessment, and more skill with the blow drying. They did not use a brush or any hair product with the blow dry, and my hair definitely looked worse than before: It was frizzy and I was embarrassed. I went straight home and fixed it. I usually air dry my hair, and when I do blow dry it, I use a roller brush and some heat protectant. It's definitely not a salon, but you'd save some money and look better if you go for a wash and style at one.

It's got my skin looking like silk already after only wearing the mask for six hours. It's supposed to really help with melasma as well, which is something I have.
