The environment is very warm and inviting for those both new to working out as well as those experienced and knowledgeable in a gym environment. Throughout the time I have been here the equipment has been added and updated and the facility is always impeccably clean. I have been thoroughly impressed by the owner Paul and how much pride he has in his gym . He is personable, approachable, knowledgeable and involved in all aspects from personal training to group fitness and even seen cleaning the facility himself. The staff members (Herb) show similar pride and knowledge. The facility itself may not be large compared to some but to me this is an advantage. I am rarely waiting on equipment and am impressed on the array of equipment available and the set up of the gym.

Since that time, we were automatically billed, which I never authorized, in late August and Sept so when I found about it I contacted them on October 16th to cancel and get refunded and guess what?, I got another billing on October 17th! They refunded 2 auto payments but still owed the 3rd refund and no resolution or communication from over 3 weeks ago. Be very careful about giving a card on file because they apparently can't be trusted and they have no signed agreement for auto billing. Great way to scam customers.

The owner, Mike, and all the trainers are amazing. Ally trains my "girls that curl" team and she is attentive and thoughtful. I enjoy my workout and always feel exhausted when it's over. They also have an optional Saturday morning HIIT class that is always tough and a great workout. I plan on continuing to come to these classes for years to come.
