They refunded 2 auto payments but still owed the 3rd refund and no resolution or communication from over 3 weeks ago. Be very careful about giving a card on file because they apparently can't be trusted and they have no signed agreement for auto billing. Great way to scam customers.

The owner, Mike, and all the trainers are amazing. Ally trains my "girls that curl" team and she is attentive and thoughtful. I enjoy my workout and always feel exhausted when it's over.
