Tried to eat here today. Sign on the door said they opened at 4:30, we arrived at 4:45 and went to the door. Through the window we saw a woman (who we thought was a customer) sitting at a table. I tend not to write less than positive reviews as my timeline will attest but this place was incredibly underwhelming. Hot wings are mild and lack any hint of flavor or kick. They were blah at best. Two adults ordering 18 wings and we were given one small cafeteria grade package of blue cheese. We were charged for the 2nd blue cheese so we didn't have to dip into same trough of blue cheese. Nickel n diming 101. If you are in the mood for wings drive to the Office about 5-10 minutes away. You will not be disappointed. Best wings I have ever eaten in my life! They make them exactly the way you like them (I like mine crispy and wet, all flats too). Great flavors that you can mix and match. Willy's is worth a trip. The wings are made fresh and prepared just the way I like them-- crispy on the outside and covered in just enough sauce. There isn't anything that will blow you out of the water here, but it's a well-executed (clean) dive with friendly staff and the best drink prices I've seen in the area. Horrible customer service by the owner. I paid over $60 for a family meal - 3 flavors of wings. One order was the wrong flavor TOO HOT! When asked over the phone to refund that $11.11, I was told that I needed to BRING THE ORDER BACK. My family was eating, I was in North Columbus, and it was not worth it. I offered to send a photo of the wings in the trash. If I was going to lie about the order being wrong, I would have lied about the 50 wings rather than the 12 wings. The next day, I brought the box of wings that THEY COOKED INCORRECTLY (which they said was fine - YUK) Instead of crediting my credit card, they would offer to remake the order. What part of "fed my family wings last night and this would be only one order and I am certainly not going to spend money there again" do they not understand. For $11.11 they refused to refund even though I made the STUPID effort to return the meal the next day. This woman owner has no business owning a business. There are plenty of wing places to eat. We ordered wings for Super Bowl Sunday to be picked up at 6:00. We called at 5:30 and asked if we could pick them up early and, with a chuckle, the person who answered the phone said no. He never mentioned that they were running behind. When we arrived, my husband was told that they were running 10-15 minutes behind. A little after 6:30, we still didn't have our order but a waitress brought the charge slip to be signed. I said they should have discounted the order because of how late it was. She said she wasn't in control of that but didn't offer to ask a manager either. We also just wanted to get out of there because the game had already started and we were already going to miss 15 minutes of it driving home. Also, while we were sitting there, a woman came in at 6:30 to pick up her order for that time and was told they were running about 15 minutes behind. I told her we were still waiting for an order that was 30 minutes late. She asked for a refund and left. It seemed to me that they should have offered some kind of compensation for our inconvenience. Either discount the order or at least offer something to drink while we waited. But they did nothing. They should have expected extra business today and brought in an extra person to help with the orders. Instead, they chose to let the people wait and go for the extra profit instead of paying for a little extra help. read more

After waiting 15 min for someone to come from the back, my son finally got someone's attention. I asked the guy could we dine in, he said sure, sit wherever you want. After 5 mins a woman comes from the back and said we could order something to go but they were closing, with attitude, it's 11pm, hours on door says open til midnight) I said I wished I had none that we've been here 20 mins. The lady proceeds to tell me, with an attitude and rolling her head, that she was in the cooler. I then told her she didn't have to have an attitude. She then tells me, "I'm tired of yalls attitude!"
