He spent a long time with me, and he didn't even charge me a dime! He came across as very honest and forthcoming. Next time I came, for a typical appointment, it wasn't as good. The dental hygenist did a fine job. But then I had to wait 20 minutes in the dental chair so the female doctor could do her exam. After the long wait, she spent about 45 seconds in my mouth before declaring I was fine. Between the wait and the short amount of attention I got, I got the impression that she had better things to do than check on her patients.

She looked at the appointment book and said this is on us. Which was fine. Then as she's cleaning my teeth, she said next time you cannot have a cleaning because there was one tooth that needed deep cleaning. I thought that was bizarre. So, I said to the receptionist I am not making another appointment. well, as it turned out I needed a tooth pulled. So, I did have the tooth removed. I paid $192 for the extraction. I decided to find another dentist. I went there to have my records transferred. Two weeks after I went to transfer records. I was sent a bill for another $254 for the extraction. These expenses occurred in September and October 2025. Seems odd to me that they are sending a bill in March 2026. I definitely do not recommend this place.

My son in particular has a few sensory issues, and hated his last dentist (ironically a pediatric dentist) so much he still comments whenever we drive past that office. He has never objected to going to see Dr. Biondo, even when he needed a filling. I started seeing her when my prior dentist suddenly recommended that I get all my back teeth crowned. In addition to doing good work, she does not overtreat. The turnover of hygenists and office staff has been almost none in the last five years. I appreciate seeing the same people, and also appreciate that the office is well-run. I've never been part of a practice with such low turnover and I think it makes a big difference in patient care.

We visited Dr. Song for a second opinion, and she was immediately at ease. A routine appt for two small fillings turned into this dentist doing panoramic X-rays which were not why we went there, a consult appointment added to what should've just been an appointment to get fillings. On top of it, at the appointment to get the fillings they only did 1 and told us he had to come back again. Why? I am guessing extra $$$ to be made. We have a dentist! and this office then contacted an orthodontist and had them contact us behind my dentist's back to come in. This place is a joke, completely out of line and trying to poach us from our dentist. Do not recommend.
