They completed all of the work on testing, and set up the new equipment on my Nest thermostat. They cleaned up completely, and walked me through all of the new equipment. All said, they did the best job I could ask for. In the office, Julie ably worked out the schedule, invoices, and rebates available for the equipment I was purchasing. Nevertheless, I feel compelled to share with you that I would not have had Allen do the repair if I had known that there was an $89 charge for the 10 minute diagnosis and then the $115 pump would be marked up 250% to $291. When backing the cost of the pump out of the 90 minute job cost we are at a $185/hr labor rate. These are practices akin to those of Aiello, that I avoid and warn people against. I only call this out because I was told to call Manchester, which I did but both locations are on the same business card and it appears the people I dealt with came from Bloomfield. But it was all good! I had a really horrible sewer leak in my house and while the plumbing was repaired elsewhere we needed major clean up. I called SERVPRO as my excellent plumber suggested and they were able to come out next day. The estimator explained what needed to be done, gave me a verbal estimate but wasn't able to confirm exact price at the moment (he tried but someone at the main office wasn't around or something). This was the only thing that could have been improved - no exact price and he was a tad on the slick slide . I called the office later in the day and got a precise quote that was less than the verbal by several hundred so I was good to go! Crew of 3 arrived the following morning, on time, and they were great! Got right to work, we're friendly, VERY clean and did a wonderful job. They had to remove Sheetrock, insulation and debris and clean and disinfect . I believe the lead was Geno and a Project Manager named Dustin stopped by mid-project. Both these guys are top notch and I can't say enough about how happy I was with the experience. The job was done right and quite honestly for less than I thought it would cost.

I've only one issue in the distant past with a replaced outdoor spigot that broke after one season, and they came right out, determined that the original part wasn't for outdoor use and replaced at no charge. Reasonable prices and Ron is a wealth of knowledge and experience.
