I ordered the new "scratch resistant" fabric that was needed to cover both arms on my piece of furniture. Ignacio was very nice and highly professional. He came out to my home and carefully placed my furniture piece in his van. Ignacio asked me what fabric color I would like to use for the trim which was very thoughtful of him. He did an amazing job of removing the damaged fabric and replacing it with my new fabric. He brought my re-upholstered furniture back to my home about 2 weeks later. Now my cat can enjoy her "furniture scratch pad routine" without doing any visible damage to it! Ignacio's professional fees to perform these specialized services were very reasonable. We dropped off a damaged desk in Feb 2023 that they contracted to complete by June 30th 2023. Well, June 30th came and went and no calls from them. We had to constantly call or stop by to see what was going on with our desk. They kept pushing back the date monthly and gave us so many silly excuses every time. After 7 long months, we had it and demanded they complete the project in 2 weeks. They did complete it in the 2 weeks as we insisted by Sept 22, 2023. The desk was restored to our satisfaction. However, I cannot recommend them to others due our experience and frustrations dealing with them. Lack of basic good customer service and breaching their own timelines by months at a time is unacceptable.
