The staff is so friendly and helpful here, especially Mei, so we've had nothing but great experiences here. In fact, if I had to complain it would be that we have such pleasant experiences here that we stop in too often and end up purchasing more than my savings account would prefer! The staff has never been pushy to myself or my wife and they've been plenty patient while we try on stuff without purchasing. Getting our size from the back has never been a problem either - unless they were out in which case they are happy to have stuff shipped in from another store. Because we've shopped here so much, we've obviously had a series of returns that haven't been an issue. Of course, we are keeping the tags on and returning in perfect condition so I'd expect as much. This is a review for Jumyr, who is one of the store representatives. Not sure if he is a manager but he needs to be. His customer service is on point and he is also very personable, the kind of person who can communicate and listen without coming off judgemental. And when you go into a store that sells items with prices on the higher side, sometimes the store reps can be a little judgemental. This is not the case with Jumyr. I worked with him to try on a coat and he also helped me get my other coat repaired by one of their tailors. Both workstreams were smooth. The coat I got repaired has a new life. But I still have my eyes on a new one so we will see. Work with Jumyr and you won't be disappointed as he understands customer service. I shop at this location whenever I make a purchase at Burberry and have received exemplary service each time I made a purchase here. I purchased a trench coat from Burberry online, and accidentally got a button snagged and cut off of the jacket. I took it in one day to the store for repair and was helped by Anastasia. She was very helpful, friendly, and informational regarding the repair service. She also was able to find me in their system right away. After a week, I got my trench coat back and it came back brand new as if I had never gotten the button snagged. Overall, I'm very happy with the services I've received at this location. After reading the reviews I was hesitant to stop in. I was eyeballing a bag and coat online at the Burberry website. At this time I wasn't 100% ready to buy a new coat as my Burberry trench still has plenty of life left. Since I was at the mall I decided to stop in and take the gamble. What did I see? The bag I wanted in the display window! I was immediately attended to and the salesman was quick in pulling the bag I wanted from the back. He also let me check if my clutch (that holds all my cards, cellphone & keys) would fit inside the new bag. As I suspected, the bag I wanted was a perfect match for my needs. The salesman got the bag ready for me and was completely ok letting me take a look at other items in the store. Unfortunately I didn't find a wallet for my husband, and like I said earlier I wasn't ready to buy a new coat. I didn't see the style I was interested in. I rolled in wearing jeggings, T-shirt, Toms shoes and holding a clutch that was a cheaper known luxury brand. I didn't feel looked down, preyed upon or forced into something I didn't want. I do not like going to this Burberry store at all. Sales staff did not take me seriously, even though I regularly buy glasses, coats, and cologne from their brand. Bought a DEFECTIVE pair of sunglasses from this Burberry location, and later in the week tried to return them once I noticed the manufacturer defect. Sales associate glanced briefly at glasses, and told me in a slightly condescending tone they looked like they were worn and they would not accept my return. I was not going to keep an inferior product. The next day I had a friend (who incidentally happened to be dressed in designer clothes) go to the store and try to return them for me- the SAME sales associate who had said no to me refunded them instantly without question!! Incredibly snobby! Apparently I did not appear to be of the right demographic to be treated respectfully by them. *Never* going there again if I can help it. I wouldn't normally advocate for spending a percentage of your annual salary on a coat, but I can't help it--I'm probably sold on Burberry for life. My spouse bought me a coat for my birthday and I've since purchased a jacket. Both of these items look so nice, and are perfect in function, but that's not all you get when you buy a Burberry jacket--they really take care of you for life. All the staff at this store has been so helpful and kind to us, but particularly Domingo and Veronica have been super sweet. They know us by sight and we're always happy to see them. They've helped us get our coats cleaned at the end of the season. They've helped get my coat repaired when an accidental tear happened. And when a strawberry soda explosion at Target doused us in soda, they were so kind in helping us get the coats back to as great of condition as possible, sharing deep empathy for our plight throughout. Still better than LV in the Bravern, you gotta look the part to even be acknowledged -.- I find the service and experience depends on the salesperson, the pretty lady that helped me today was the best experience I've had here so far. I am soooooo picky, I literally went through all the wallets to pick the "best" one. I also am clumsy, dropped some things on the floor, and scattered their man wallets everywhere... Took a tie from the back, placed it on one of the display cases, and left it there... Hahaha. I finally went in on Black Friday since there were more people in the store this time. The front has all the scarves and wallets and other accessories. The magic of the store lies behind the main counter though. The trench coats and other clothing were back there. It feels like a giant dressing room back there. Unfortunately I thought inventory seemed limited. There was not too much stuff to peruse back there. I think the selection at Nordstrom is slightly better and there are occasional sales at Nordstrom. I received a puffy coat for my birthday in December 2017. Mei-An helped my husband and went above and beyond to find my size. I love this coat and was super bummed when it got a hole in the sleeve just weeks after I received it. Reluctantly, I sent Mei-An a text explaining the situation and she quickly responded to bring it in and she would take care of it. My reluctance was two-fold... first, I wanted the coat and did not want to get something else and second I hate dealing with returns. Mei-An was amazing...not only did she find me another brand new puffer in my size (a miracle) but she was super cool about the damaged item. The whole staff was amazing! Two weeks later my daughter found another hole in my second puffer...OMG now I was stressed. Luckily, I was in the mall at the time and I went directly to the store and found out Mei-An was on vacation but the manager who helped us before was there and quickly jumped in and asked what would make me happy. I said, "I love the coat but not sure what to do." He said, "If I have another in your size do you want to try again?" I said, "Do you want me to try again?" He said," Third times a charm!" Then he looked in the back to find yet another one in my size (miracle 2). This store and staff were kind, funny, generous and went above and beyond to get me what I wanted and not make me feel uncomfortable. They told me if it happened again they would take care of it. Amazing customer service and just a GREAT EXPERIENCE! If you love Burberry as much as me... I cannot recommend this store more highly. THIS STAFF ROCKS!!! After picking up something at the Microsoft Store, and desperate to get my wife a Christmas gift, I stepped into the Burberry store. Also, as you know, being a Korean, it is in my genes to get Burberry stuff. :P (Heck, if Burberry came out with hub caps with their classic plaid pattern, I'm sure my people would be cruising down the boulevard sporting some new rims.) A salesman looked at my Microsoft shopping bag and said, "Is that a Microsoft bag? Well, I like the iPhone." He then turned to his coworkers to garner some laughs for his little quip. Allow me to freeze this picture for a second, as there are several things wrong here. 1. If one is working at a luxury goods store, just a few miles from the headquarters of Microsoft and blocks away from a large Microsoft office building, one should understand that a good chunk of his clientele may work, or have family members that work, at that company. 2. I appreciate the iPhone, too. But even so, if I can't rely on Burberry's sales staff to have that level of common sense to understand Item 1 above, then I can't rely on them to have enough sense to help me out effectively in selecting something for my wife. 3. As the shitmydadsays father says, "It's just a phone, son. It's not like you discovered a cure for cancer. Anyone can go out and buy a phone." 4. It wasn't a gentle attempt at humor. Instead, he was showing off how seemingly "clever" he was at a customer's expense. Growing up relatively poor, I'm not the type to expect other people to bow and scrape before me. But If I'm gonna drop several hundred dollars for a purse or a coat, I can do without this additional "tax." 5. Perhaps the worst sin of all, he was neither clever nor funny. I consider myself an aficionado of the art of snark. Yours, sir, was weak sauce. I struggled with this for a few minutes as I was looking at their purse selection, and then decided that this store deserved neither my time nor my money. Lousy service aside, I've also noticed that the selection at this store is limited. For example, I've found Burberry products at the Nordstrom next door that were not at this store. You will be much better off going to Norstrom next door, where the service is much more professional. And for people like me who was willing to pay a bit more to make that pain of Christmas shopping stop, we're not in the mood to listen to unprofessional sales staff crack jokes at our expense. read more

I love Burberry! I think I have an unhealthy obsession with the brand, but with the AMAZING service, great design and outstanding quality it's easy to become a fan. Burberry has, without a doubt, the best customer service in Bellevue Square. The saleswoman that always helps me, Alyona, is simply amazing. She remembers my name, previous purchases and size. Alyona even sends personalized thank you cards after you make purchases with her, something only Burberry and David Lawrence seem to do. The staff goes out of their way to help you in every way possible. The store is beautiful! Clean and very chic. The layout is great with women's accessories in the front, women's apparel in the middle and a relatively large men's section in the rear. The only negative about the store is the number of people just "looking" and not buying. They get in the way of people actually making purchases. I highly recommend Burberry! read more

Burberry has always been stylish. Owning 1 of their Jackets can mean you have something that will last 10-20 years and stay in style. I like brands. I want to wear brands. I'm not anorexic (far from it) and not a size 0-10. My wallet is not plated in gold, and I do not have a sugar daddy. So this store is 100% eye candy, and shock value. (Big... checkered.. soft casual scarf... i still want you even though you're $895...) I went here with my mother who can afford and fit in to their stuff. She bought a jacket there and the experience was great. They measure your arms and height and make sure the 1k-5k item you're going to buy fits you, and is tailored for you. The tailoring service was fast, 2-3 biz day turn around and the service was complimentary. Overall it was a good experience when buying something. As for browsing, I'm sure if you don't look like you're serious about spending money you'll get minimal service. read more

If I could give 0 stars out of 5, I would give them 0. The managers and associates have very foul attitude in dealing with customers. Prior to making purchases, even customers who casually peruse the store are treated like criminals or thieves. The associates constantly follow every customer, and tail them around from beginning to end. But asides from that, the return policy at Burberry is by far, the worst of any store I've been at. I was forced to make 3 round trips because of one particularly rude associate, Denise. Even with her manager around, she doesn't know what the store policy is. We brought gift-receipts already, but she demanded to see our aunt. On our second trip, she demanded we have the original receipt. If she told us from the get-go that all we needed was the original receipt and our aunt, then we wouldn't have to make all those trips just to do one return. Furthermore, her attitude was terrible. Everyone spends so much at this store - do they really have to put up with associates with terrible attitudes? Because of this, we will not be shopping at Burberry anymore. Not sure why people say they have horrible service and policy. The customer service is exceptional. Your perception of their customer service is based on your intention of buying something or not. If you're going into the store just to browse and not intending to buy anything you would be unease to have the employee follow you. However, if you're there to buy something you would appreciate that they follow you. After all this is a luxury brand, this is not your average store where you have to find someone to help you. I love it when they go through extra length and patience when I was buying a trench coat recently. As for policy, I think it is awesome as well. Excellent service! I went in to buy a wallet as a birthday gift and browsed the store for a couple of minutes and was asked what I was looking for. I told the guy what I needed and he told me about both of their options in the style I was looking for. I was on a time crunch and he signed me up for my 1 year warranty and boxed the wallet up beautifully, put the gift receipt in a nice little envelope and even tied the bag together nicely. I was going to buy the wallet at Nordstrom but the $10 price difference was worth buying at the actual store because of their great customer service. If you're looking for Burberry, only buy from the actual store. They're friendly, courteous, knowledgable and make your shopping a worthwhile experience. Great store! Customer service here has always been excellent for me. I've gone in on a rainy day in jeans, a heavy sweatshirt, and boots and been treated just the same as other customers who were more dressed up. I work at a nearby health facility and typically go in wearing scrubs after work. I've never been treated like I don't belong here (unlike at the Louis Vuitton or even Nordstrom). I'm greeted with a smile and friendly offer for help. I also like how if I tell them I'm just browsing, they don't follow me around or pressure me into purchasing something. The store itself is huge. Okay, so I know it's the holidays and everyone is new and it's busy out but can we please hire competent people for the luxury goods market? Is that really too much to ask? I used to work retail and I know it's hard to learn everything, deal with the crowds, and generally know everything about products you just found out existed yesterday, but c'mon! You're Burberry! My sweet bf got me gloves from Burberry for Christmas and gave them to me early since he was leaving town to see family and I wasn't able to go with him. They were a bit too small so I went in to exchange them. I ask for a bigger size, she says they have none. I ask if they have a different glove in a bigger size so I can compare. So far it's going okay. The glove fits nicely so I ask if they can order me one in the same style I brought in. Sure she says....[by the way, notice that she doesn't ask any of this? I have to prompt her to look for what I need?] So she processed the exchange and hands me a receipt with no address and without my gloves...........['_'] really........... So I ask what just happened, and she says she needs my address and tells me she'll change the order later so I don't have to wait for her to do it. Uhmmm. I think walking out with no merchandise and no receipt is really stupid, so I tell them* they need to change it while I'm there. At this point I write my name & address out, she then asks for my name. So I point to where I wrote it, then hand her my driver's license. They changed it, but then they are missing part of my address..........['_'] really?!? If you don't know what you're doing and you're unfamiliar with the process, don't you think you could be a bit more attentive to detail? Or at least check your work? them* refers to new girl and the manager So to be fair she was {probably} new. What really boils my blood is that mid way during this transaction the "manager" comes by to see what's going on. She's then asking me if I purchased the item and if I have the original receipt. I told her that it was a gift and I don't have the original, just the gift receipt in the little pouch they gave my bf. she gets a bit annoyed and tries to find the original transaction because apparently the gift receipt doesn't have enough information. She's then trying to tell me that her employee's incompetence is due to the computer not working properly. And then tries to back up her employee's claims that they can change the address later. NO LADY, I'm not walking out of here without proof of something. I then ask for her card and the sales associate gives me a card that has a name whited out and hers written over that. NO! I want the managers card so I have someone in charge to blame should I not get my package. I should have just waited till my bf came back and returned the damn gloves but now I'm waiting for something to show up. If nothing materializes I will throw a $h*t fit with the credit card company and Burberry's head office. But for now... Patience is the only way to go. read more

For a luxury brand where customers pay top dollar, you would think they would be flexible and helpful and stand behind their products but they do not! They are stuck up and rude and I would definitely be careful ever buying anything from them again. I found the sales staff to be "passively" pushy and will circle me like a vulture as I browse the store. I can't tell if they do it to be convenient once I find something or to make sure I don't steal anything. Probably both. In any case, I found it unnerving. The staff was helpful once I decided what I wanted (big surprise). In general, the service is comparable to what you would find at Nordstrom, though the vibe feels more hostile - at least to me. Their selection is not all inclusive (at least for the mens stuff). They have a modest section for each of the major lineups - London, Brit, and Sport - however, I've never seen them carry any suiting, which is disappointing because I really like the trim cut Burberry blazers I've seen on the website. Yes, they are happy to measure you and order a jacket for you if you bring it up but that defeats the purpose of going to a store. As far as a man is concerned, the only reasons to come here vs. the Nordstrom 30 feet away are 1) they always have the good trench coats stocked (not the junk that finds its way to Nordstrom Rack at the end of the season) and 2) they have a scarves that come in a pattern other than the tired-out "classic" Burberry check that everyone already has. Overall, if you like Burberry, I guess you'll like this store because there aren't any other Burberry stores in a 150 mile radius (not including the outlet store in Tulalip which seems to get Nordstrom leftovers). They do have stuff that you won't find at Nordstrom or Neiman, but don't expect them to have any particular item you've seen on the Burberry website. read more

I find the fashions don't suit me, however, was shocked that the prices were way cheaper than in Vancouver that I was temped just for status purposes but passed. The staff at the store were very helpful to me with my double-breasted trench coat. I wanted it shortened to be more in style, and they arranged it for me with their tailor. She turned out to have done a superb job. I felt they went the extra mile, and it was not even a new purchase. read more

I have to give it a five star because of Daniel, I used to had a medium experience with this shop. But until Daniel showed up, help me out with the trench coats, suits and other coats and wear. He gave me true, honest, polite advise, when there is a better choice, he will tell me, (definitely know about the products well) and that made my shipping experience and result excellent. He is patient, great taste, and always have that smile on his face. Strongly recommend this store because of him.
