Perhaps a poor strategy, or perhaps the result of someone who's lost their love for the craft. Either way, I didn't bite. When I questioned his approach, he snapped, "You don't have to leave your stuff here." I replied calmly, "I won't leave it here if you don't want me to." He waved me away like a nuisance and disappeared into the back. A man who holds no power, grasping at control in the weakest way possible. What truly sealed the impression was the woman at the front. I had hoped they would have at least dry cleaned it in a timely manner that the stains would not have set, but sure enough they did. The employees claimed they "did the best they could." Sure. As if that isn't bad enough, the inner box which my wedding dress is held in is not even sealed. That is the whole point of heirlooming! Oh and the cherry on top is that this cost over $600.
