I really enjoy this store even though only about a third of it is within my (admittedly limited) fashion taste! They have just about everything here -- Jackets (which is what I typically shop for while here), wallets, bags, etc. Another thing worth noting is the smell! Who doesn't like the smell of leather?! You can tell immediately on entrance the authenticity of their products. Prices are reasonable, which is to be assumed since it is located in outlet mall, and the staff is always helpful without being over-bearing. I dig it. read more

On March 1 I bought a new coat here. The store is great and I bought a great coat. However, the anti-theft device was left on by staff. I did not appreciate a 180-mile round trip to have it removed. A discount, a coupon, or even an apology would have been appreciated for wasting over 3 hours of my time and 180 miles of gas. read more

I bought a Womens Bass jacket from Wilson's leather. The pocket stitching started to come undone. I took the jacket into this Wilson's leather location and they swapped it out no problem! I absolutely appreciate this as the jacket itself is of great quality and my favorite go-to. I'll continue to shop at Wilson's leather. read more

If I could give it less stars I would. This place is so wack. We were just casually shopping and we found a lovely jacket that we wanted to know more about. We saw a worker walking by and decided to stop him and ask some questions. He helped us as much as he could. Thank you to Tyler he deserves the world. We went to checkout and the cashier asked if anyone had helped us. We told them that Tyler had helped us. The cashier then turned around and whispered to his manager about how Tyler was supposed to be on stock. His manager decided to walk to where Tyler was doing his job and yelled at him. When he came back he gave a man in our group a nasty look. I am overall appalled with this place. If I could return everything I have ever purchased here I would. The place is full of a bunch of imbeciles, except Tyler. read more

Within 28 days of receiving it back, the handles were already falling apart and began failing upon first use. Instead of using leather in the correct color, she used the wrong color and painted over it, which is not what one would expect from a professional repair. This was particularly upsetting because she charged me 25-50% more than the prices advertised on her website, citing increased material costs, and then proceeded to take shortcuts and use the wrong materials anyway. The issue was not limited to the quality of the work. The repair also took weeks longer than originally quoted. I was understanding about that delay because Jen said she was dealing with a personal emergency. But when the repair almost immediately began to fail, I requested a refund. She refused. Instead, she initially suggested that I drive the bag back to her home so she could attempt the repair again, which would have required over an hour of driving on my part. Since my husband and I are in the middle of a major move, this made that proposal particularly unreasonable. Only after I objected did she offer to cover shipping. By then, my confidence in her work was gone. I had no desire to send the bag back, and only agreed because I no longer had the time or energy to continue a completely unnecessary debate over an $80 repair that had already failed. What followed was an exhausting exchange in which she remained far more committed to defending her "policy" than to resolving a problem she had created. At one point in her extended messages, when I explained that I wanted a refund because having to go to the post office to send the bag back for another repair attempt would be very difficult, she responded, "I have nothing to do with your situation on moving to a different state." Later, she criticized me for not showing enough sympathy for her personal emergency, even though I had shown her nothing but understanding in my earlier messages. In fact, I had written, "I'm sorry you're dealing with so much right now and I completely understand. Please take care of what you need to, and whenever it's ready I'll come by and pick it up." What became clear is that Jen expects customers to extend grace and make allowances for her personal circumstances, but is unwilling to show the same consideration when someone else is in a difficult situation. During this exhausting back-and-forth, she repeatedly defended her refusal to refund the money, even though the repair had already failed. When I finally told her I was done discussing it, she continued messaging me until I explicitly asked her to stop. The most telling part of this experience was not just the poor workmanship. It was the complete unwillingness to take accountability afterward. Anyone can make a mistake. What matters is how they handle it when their work falls apart. In this case, the answer was excuses and refusal. Small businesses often ask customers to value craftsmanship and personal service. That cuts both ways. If you want people to support a small business, you also have to provide competent work and fair customer service. I did not receive either. The bag finally came back after Jen's second attempt to repair the handles, and, once again, the workmanship is subpar. The color is still wrong, and each handle was supposed to have a double leather strap--something I explicitly told her when I dropped the bag off. Instead, she only added a single leather strap to each handle. I would never use JT Leather Crafter again, and I would strongly encourage anyone considering leather repair in the Denver area to look elsewhere. I would rather pay someone else to redo the repair properly than deal with this business a second time. In summary, Jen's ethical failures are threefold: she accepted payment for a repair she did not actually deliver, she attempted to shield herself behind a policy that does not absolve her of responsibility for defective work, and then she shifted the cost and inconvenience of her own mistake onto me, the customer.

I bought a side of navy that should do nicely. I wish that I made clothes, or purses, because some of the leather and suede, in turquoise, rose, and deep black, were just GORGEOUS. But I don't. They carry all kinds of textured leather, as well, and occasionally have exotic skins. They also have rugs made from full skins. They do not cut pieces of leather. So you might luck out finding a piece suitable for your needs, or end up with a lot of leftover leather. But they have several sizes available, which is a plus. I bought a double shoulder for the coffee table and a side for the trunk. I need to come up with other things to cover with leather.Or maybe just sell the leftovers. The quality is wonderful. There are various grades of leather, priced accordingly. The staff here is exceedingly helpful and knowledgeable.

You are essentially a displaced traveler with a boarding pass, trying to avoid sitting in an airport terminal for five hours while security employees begin recognizing your face. That is how we ended up at the Denver Milk Market on a Thursday evening. Located in the Dairy Block on Wazee Street, it is a sprawling food hall designed by chef Frank Bonanno. It is a very pleasant sanctuary to kill some time before ascending into the night sky. The beauty of a venue with a dozen or so food counters is that a group of exhausted travelers does not need to achieve any sort of culinary consensus. One person can eat bao buns, another can eat handmade pasta, and a third can get fried chicken while another simply grabs a few drinks without any diplomatic negotiations. While we were wandering, a woman sat at a table with a microphone hosting a game of trivia to what appeared to be an entirely imaginary audience. Not a single person in the room appeared to be participating. It was a fascinating piece of experimental theater focusing on the loneliness of human knowledge. She called out questions about pop culture, agriculture and other various topics into the empty void, completely unbothered by the silence. I respected her commitment to the craft. The alley outside was maybe the finest part of the establishment. The Dairy Block alleyway is paved and lit up overhead. There was also a side room featuring communal seating and free games like skee ball, a shuffleboard table, and foosball. It turns waiting for a late flight into a minor social outing instead of a punishment. My primary critique is aimed not at the food hall itself, but at the city of Denver as a whole. Everything shuts down ridiculously early. The city has built a ecosystem of food halls, alleyways, and bars that is full of potential, yet the municipal clock seems to dictate that all citizens must be safely tucked in by nine o clock. For a traveler trying to enjoy the city after a long day in a convention center or stretch an evening before a red eye flight, this early curfew is an inconvenience. The Denver Milk Market is an attractive and versatile option for the weary traveler or hungry lunch crowd. It may not be a holy site that requires a special trip across town, but if you have some time to burn, a desire for a game of shuffleboard, and a late flight home, it performs its job admirably. Just make sure you get there before the city decides it is bedtime.

Dave bought a beautiful cherry pie that is homemade and ready to bake. I got a few humongous peaches that were so perfect and grown in Colorado. We talked and they had vacationed regularly on Ft. Meyers Beach until Ian did a number on it! It was so nice to meet these ladies who made us feel so comfortable! If I were a little younger I might consider moving to this inviting city! Probably one of the best staffs at an outlet store. Aside from the corporate people that come in. The experience I had was one of pure disgust. I am honestly ashamed to even own their products now and certainly won't shop there ever again. Seeing a female employee so uncomfortable around the vp in her own place of employment because he's taking pictures of her is unacceptable. She actually had to take a trench coat off one of the stacks just to feel a little bit more comfortable as she helped customers because of this. I asked her why she would not say something and she was scared she would lose her job. Are you kidding? Because of some scumbag pervert. In my opinion I hope she filed a formal complaint and possibly a law suit. That company has certainly lost my business. If that is the kind of upper management they employ then I refuse to ever be part of funding their paycheck. I only have one star because of their staff aside from the above mentioned. They're all wonderful and very helpful. Just have immensely creepy supervisors. read more

The whole experience of my Cousin giving me a tour of her area was ruined by this horrible staff of humans!!! Again, I DO NOT RECOMMEND SHOPPING HERE... unless, you want to be locked inside like a prisoner and the door guarded. I'm am sure that this is a fire hazard, as well as, illegal to lock customers inside while they are shopping. We were afraid for our lives when she locked all of us customers inside having one employee stand by the door while the other locked is inside. We were confused as to what was going on. Dear Humans... please do not allow your grandparents or loved ones to shop here, especially if they have anxiety. I hope that the owners reconsider their customer service as well as, whom they hire in this store. It may help by having humans who doesn't judge a book by it"s cover especially when the book is full of compulsive shoppers who are willing to purchase second hand items.

Lindsay is rude, unwelcoming, and incredibly pushy. She gets visibly annoyed if customers don't purchase something, and creates an uncomfortable shopping environment. What's most upsetting is the way she treats the employees. It's truly disgusting. Most of them are high school or college-aged girls just working summer jobs, and Lindsay constantly criticizes them and seems to look for reasons to scold them. Every time I've been in the store when she's working, I end up leaving early because I can't stand to watch the way she speaks to both customers and staff. It's heartbreaking to see such a warm, friendly place turn into a toxic space. I've always had great interactions with the employees, many of whom go out of their way to be helpful and kind. I really hope Susan takes a closer look at what's happening because Lindsay is ruining the atmosphere of what used to be a wonderful local boutique.
