The groomers at the St. Peters location seem absolutely miserable, as if they hate their jobs. When I picked up my dogs, my Maltipoo still had tear and paw stains, and I asked them to try to fix it. The groomer just kept saying, "That is a stain and it won't come off," when every other groomer and even THIS groomer has been able to get them off before. I had to remind them they were supposed to brush my dogs' teeth, and after sighing and looking angry, they proceeded to spray some mint foam in their mouths and that was considered "brushing." My goldendoodle was cut way too short and has a bald spot on his back, and when I got in the car to go home, I noticed he actually smelled really bad like they never even gave him a bath. I actually tried to contact the owner, and she refused to discuss my concerns and instead fired me as a client. Wow such great customer service. Good luck!
