I've been going here for pedicures for years and I've always received great service. The ambiance is nice - very clean and put together. They do try hard to upsell you at every turn. But as long as you know what you want and don't want then there isn't any issue. They do give you a bottle of water during your service, which is always nice. Made an appointment for my mom and I to get diamond level pedicures and man...talk about relaxing! The staff was super friendly and my legs and feet feel AMAZING! Pricing wasn't terrible either. My one and only complaint was I wish I had been asked if I wanted a design or flower on my toes before they decided I was done. Another group came in so I get it it became all hands on deck but I would've happily paid a little more for a flower on my toe or something before being moved off from. Everytime you go in for a service, they constantly push you to do other services, or just upgrade from what you requested. You often start with one person, then get passed off to someone else to do the next step, then another to polish you. I prefer being taken care of by one tech! Be sure to ask how much more will it be for a design or a flower, etc or you will get a surprise when it's time to pay! Overall their service is pretty good though. read more

I like For Seasons and have gone there for years. Disappointed that they no longer address cuticles, hang nails, etc. They remove polish apply new polish, and add lotion. That's it. Same price for less service. Not good. read more

First time looking for new home for self care. Told esthetician this. Did not ask my name. Did not ask if there was something they should know before half leg wax. Table was 1 foot too high so at 68 had to climb up. Asked to put leg on rolling stool for waxing and twist at hips to get to the back of leg. I confirmed the price before starting and she was insulted. No customer pampering or experience of relaxation. In and out in 10 minutes. She was rough and first time I experienced pain of joints and body beyond normal waxing. I will not return. The search for a quality experience continues. read more

I made an appointment a few days in advanced, which was easy enough, and they were not busy when I came in. The gentleman who did my nails was very nice, but kept trying to push a higher priced treatment even after refusing multiple times. He gave a really nice arm massage, and the hot wax was a special treatment I enjoyed, but my nails looked like I had done them myself, and I am horrible at painting my nails. Nothing had been trimmed or cleaned up, and the polish was gloopy with air bubbles coming through. I was so disappointed with how it turned out, I don't even know what I really paid for. read more

The nail tech I had was very pushy about getting a deluxe pedi when I told her multiple times I ONLY wanted a spa pedi, she tried to get me to change 3 times. My friend and I were just going to share a nail buff and file which they were fine with but then the nail tech decided to still use a new one on me. She was incredibly fast and not careful with her tools, she ended up cutting into my skin around my toe causing bleeding. I asked her not to put anything on it but she didn't listen and put some weird cream. As I was paying I tried to point out that my friend and I were sharing and I shouldn't have been charged she didn't care and then needed to hover over me while I decided wether or not to leave a tip. This was our first time here and I will not be coming back. 3 hrs later you can still see the bleeding. read more

This is such a hard place to review. Kayla, along with most of the other staff I've met, is AMAZING! She always does a stellar job, and I highly recommend requesting her. However, the older gentleman knocked a few stars off my review. I've gotten stuck with him a few times, and I could not be more displeased with my results every single time. Not only do I end up with a little pain- my nails are always atrocious after words too. He consistently bumps the polish, and there's always divots and drips, and my nails come out uneven and lumpy. It's very frustrating when he does my nails, because it ends up being a waste of time and a waste of money and I don't want to have to correct every tiny little thing my nail technician is doing. Overall I love this place and most of the employees, but definitely do not let that guy touch your hands. read more

They were really busy when I arrived but within a few minutes they took me to a chair for my pedicure. Yes I did wait a bit just soaking but I was checked on and communicated with and the lady made sure I had a a bottle of cold water. The pedicure was amazing and I also did a fill - my nails look really nice. If you are in a hurry you my give lower rating but I wasn't and was pleased with the results, they didn't rush and game their full attention which doesn't happen at other places.
