What do I NOT like about WilTek? Absolutely nothing. I tried them for the first time on a rental property I manage and Christina was the best! She arranged for Mirco to be there on Friday and he was right on time. He did a fabulous job and taught me a little thing about carpet I didn't know (if you walk barefoot on your carpet your feet leaves oil so if you're trying to preserve your carpet, wear socks or slippers). Most services offer a great first time package. They may do a good job and at a good price but their prices double upon return and they charge extra for things you thought you had already agreed upon. WilTek is truly a step ahead of their competition. They are friendly and courteous. They are prompt and accommodating. They are priced below the quality of work they do. If I could give these guys 10 stars I would. I had my area rug cleaned by another company I found online and lets just say they left it in a worse state than before cleaning. There was a ton of brown dirty water and an odor that was starting to develop from the carpet being left wet. They only came with a buffer and no extractor! Thanks to WilTek my carpet rug was saved. My technician Mirko was amazing!!! He was actually off duty at the time of the call and he left his home just to take care of another company's mess. Service was prompt and friendly. Fantastic. Found them on Yelp figured I would give them a try for my awfully stained basement carpets. We had horrendous water stains and pet stains that we hadn't been able to to get out ourselves and the smell was horrid. They came within 24hrs and the technician was super friendly and explained to us what he was going to do before starting. He did a thorough job and I'm no longer grossed out and embarrassed by our carpets. I really can't understand all the good reviews. These guys don't move anything. They just clean around chairs or whatever is in the way. Not even a dining chair. My carpets were cleaned about 2 months ago by another company and I was not pleased with their work, my carpet was wet for over a day and half and were still dirty plus because they were wet for so long they had a bad odor to them. I cannot give a high enough review of my experience with Wiltek. We live in a rented house with carpets full of mysterious, who knows how old, stains. I needed my carpets cleaned so I jumped on Yelp and went searching. WilTek was close to the top of the search results. They only had 9 reviews (not very recent reviews) but every one was very positive. I quickly moved to their website to take a closer look. The information offered on the website was clear and easy to understand. I called to ask for a quote and was greeted by a very friendly woman (can't remember her name). I described the carpeted areas that needed to be cleaned. She asked a couple of questions and offered me a quote in just a short couple of minutes. I told her to sign me up! I had an appointment set for the following week. She said the technician would call when he was on his way. Fast forward to appointment day.....Mirko, the technician, called me at 8:00am to say he was on his way and expected to arrive right at the 9:00am appointment time. Mirko evaluated the rooms to be cleaned and explained the cost which matched the amount quoted when I made the appointment. Mirko quickly got to work pre-treating the heavily soiled areas. He then went to town cleaning the upstairs, the downstairs, then the stairway. He finished the job in about an hour and a half. The carpets looked great!
