Had the fig salad, which everyone seems to rave about, and yeah, it deserves the hype. Fresh, dressed properly, actually filling. The shoestring fries are a problem in the best way. I also got one of the bowls based on what the staff recommended and it was excellent, the kind of food that makes you slow down between bites. What I liked most is that you can tell someone in the kitchen actually cares. Local ingredients, seasonal stuff, and the vegan and gluten friendly options are not slapped on as an afterthought. Everything on the menu feels like it was thought about. Staff were lovely, room is bright and easy to sit in for a while, and the prices are fair. Walked out feeling good, which is rare these days. Honestly, if you live in town and have not been yet, go. Small independent spots like this are the ones worth showing up for.

It had a cozy atmosphere and a nice welcoming vibe. I ordered takeout and got the signature fig salad with added chicken breast--it was delicious and very fresh. Definitely planning to come back another time to dine in.

The produce is fresh and flavorful, but poorly utilized. The prices are high, the service is merely acceptable, and the ambiance feels sterile. Every dish I had was a disappointment, not because any were bad, but because they come close to good before settling into mediocrity. Zucchini Fries Easily the best thing I had during my visit. The zucchini is fresh and juicy. The breading could be better, but the whipped ricotta dip with sumac elevated each bite. Thai Crab Salad A letdown of epic proportions. It lacked acidity, spiciness, or any discernible flavor. The saving grace of this dish was at least a generous serving of crab. Perch A failed attempt at a dish. The assembly of the garnishments was confusing, leading to a messy plate where I had to dig around to sample the veggies. The jasmine rice was fine, but I think a brown rice would've served better. Everything was underseasoned. Stir Fry This was good in the way a frozen meal is good. Salty, meaty, but not much else. I would dislike this more if it weren't fairly priced.

The burger was really tasty wish it was a bit juicier was a little dry. The fries were really tasty with ketchup, but to be honest I had way better burgers than this and for the price but for a town like this place is not bad. Not the best burger I had I'll be honest but it's decent

Very yummy meal! It's a true farm to table experience - they even have a sign that tells you from…read morewhere everything is sourced. The bison tartare was delicious with their sourdough bread 5/5. The striploin was yummy and well cooked 5/5. Duck was great but I found it weird how the "jam" was served cold (just my own personal preference) 4/5. Desserts were good but nothing to write home about 3/5. The rosti with the crème fraiche were 5/5- will def order again.

It is an open kitchen so you can see the chefs cooking up your food. Also they have a well stocked bar. There wasn't much people when we came in, so service was impeccable. Wagyu smash burger - A bit conflicted on this one. Was the patty smashed? yes. But was it paper thin? no. So although it was pushed down, I wouldn't consider it smashed... The side bits were too burnt, and weren't the crispy texture you're looking for in a smash. Felt like they were over compensating the thickness of the patty and overcooking the edges. I would have rather they turned it into a double patty and made it more thin. Aside from that, the bun was toasted well and the side salad was refreshing. Would not recommend. Salmon trout rillette - The rillette caught my eye as I've hardly seen it on any menus. This was different, but absolutely spectacular. It was salmon, but didn't have much of that fishy salmon smell or flavour. It had just enough to tell that it was salmon and mixed it with different herbs to make it delicious. Paired with their square sourdough bread, this was very good. Would recommend a try. Frites - Fries were okay, but missing a bit more of a crispy. Ask for extra crunchy next time. Pretty good, would consider coming back to try some other items on the menu. Friends tried the remoulade and the heirloom tomatoes, both were very good.

Big sports bar setup, tons of TVs, plenty of seating, and the staff were friendly from the moment we walked in. Service was attentive without being pushy and our food came out fast even though they were busy. The menu is huge, maybe a bit overwhelming honestly. We tried a mix of appetizers and mains. Portions are generous, prices are fair for what you get, and the flavours on the dishes that were not deep fried were genuinely good. The braised beef and the seafood pasta in particular stood out. My one real issue, and the reason this is not a five star, is the fryer oil. Anything that came out of the fryer left me feeling heavy and a bit off for the rest of the night, which I have noticed before at places that do not change their oil often enough. The fries and the fried apps tasted fine in the moment but sat poorly afterwards. Not the first time I have had that reaction here, so I do not think it was a one off. If they tightened that up it would make a real difference because the rest of the kitchen clearly knows what it is doing. Service, atmosphere, and portion sizes are all strong. Would come back, but next time I will stick to the grilled and braised dishes and skip the fryer.

So many choices to choose from. My table ordered the lobster crab dip to share ($15). The pita chips were pretty good. I ordered the Fried Soft Shell Crab sandwich ($16). I thought this sandwich was OK, wasn't the biggest fan of it. The crab didn't have enough meat in it, it was pretty small. My friends ordered the burgers and they both enjoyed it. Overall, service was decent. At times it was hard to track down our server, but the restaurant was pretty busy. Menu was great. Food was decent. It's a lively restaurant with lots of tables and TVs. Good atmosphere.
