WIN provided an excellent inspection and inspection report for the home we purchased. We added a radon test and sewer line scope to our inspection which was coordinated entirely by WIN, with no extra effort on our part. Results of all tests were thorough and well documented. Scheduling was fast and results were available online as soon as each piece of the inspection was completed. Tom's attention to detail and communication with us was outstanding. If I could give ZERO STARS, I would. Win Home Inspection (Tom) performed an inspection on a Denver condo prior to my purchase in March, noting nothing but minor repairs needed (i.e. sliding windows don't glide smoothly, missing leg under the stove/oven unit). It turns out there was a toilet main line that had been taped with obvious white tape that the inspector had not noted (I hadn't noted this either, but I'm not a contractor or inspector). I know this because, in July, while I was out of town, the main line burst, flooding my entire condo unit and dripping into the unit below mine. I now have to file an insurance claim, pay $1k deductible and replace all my flooring. Unacceptable. read more
