Very good service; friendly staff; I've used them for 8 years for dress shirts, trousers, dresses, sweaters, bedding and minor alterations. Never had a problem. Pricing is fair. I'm generally not in a rush; but, they have provided quick service when I needed it. Love 'em! read more

Best dry cleaning place is absolutely amazing.

Just like the other guy said 5 years ago when I walked in I stood at the counter for no less then 10 minutes waiting for someone as they kept walking back in forth in front of me.. after they finally helped me I was actually terrified to leave my clothes there as they have absolutely no computer system at all to put what you brought in. They just looked at my clothes, didnt count them or nothing, wrote my name on a ticket and handed it to me. I actually counted my stuff myself and wrote it on the ticket in front of the guy because the clothing I dropped of was extremely expensive and wasn't about to lose them. So even tho the name is one hour cleaner they told me my clothing would be ready Monday and I dropped off on a Thursday..... wtf right... finally after freaking out all weekend I got get my stuff and get it home and tell me why I found a extra pair of jeans that didn't belong to me... not only that I asked them to do medium starch on my JEAN and not my DRESS PANTS and they put so much starch in my dress pants I actually had to re-wash them myself twice to get the crap out... I was livid!! These are $200 dollar a pair pants that they almost ruined... the shirts I will say came back fine. Nothing spectacular but they did look ok.. the jeans ah I didn't want heavy heavy heavy starch but illegitimate over it.. I will say this, I don't are how fast I need my clothing cleaned I will NEVER go back to this place... read more

Even though the name of the store says 1 hour cleaners make sure you ask when you drop your clothes off what time they will be ready and have the woman at the desk write the time on your ticket. I was told mine would be ready in 2 hours and I had to wait 3 to get them back. Not to mention when I came in I stood at the front desk as people walked past me for 25 minutes before someone waited on me. Not quite sure why they have such bad customer service, seemed like nice people. read more
