He asked me a couple simple questions and next thing I know he was on his way to my house because he said he had some time to do one more run before the sanitization place closed. Turns out my septic was so full that the tampons my stupid brother's girlfriend put down the toilet ended up backing up and clogging a drain. However, that has not been the case, as the handle has not loosened and remains in the same condition as when I initially installed it. That comment raised additional concerns for me, and it is what ultimately led me to file this complaint. I feel I was overcharged without receiving a proper repair or resolution.
