They provide whatever level of assistance you seek and they also let you browse at your own pace, if that is your preference. Yesterday I fell in love with a station necklace, evenly paced stones and seed pearls in various Autumnal colors. As soon as I put it on, I knew I wasn't taking it off! The price point of $60 meant I didn't even have to think about it. There was a also a pair of long, curved silver earrings that I loved. At $245 I'm going to think about them and see if I can't let go of the idea of owning them. LOL. Fortunately, their jewelry is available online so if I decide to buy them for myself for Christmas, I can do so without leaving my home. During COVID they are using all precautionary measures. They also allow you to freely browse without pressure, which I really appreciate. Make sure to make a few laps around the store so you don't miss anything! I go in one direction, then reverse direction the second time; it's amazing how your eyes focus on different items when you approach from a different angle. There are large display cases in the middle filled with jewelry and also on some of the shelves along the perimeter. Well, first off they put my rings under a different name & when my rings were finally ready, they contacted the person who's name they had incorrectly put my rings under. Thankfully that person didn't go & collect my rings! Then after having my rings repaired for the shank, I believe I was over charged.
