It has a cockroach infestation, no matter how many traps you put out, they always comes back. See AT LEAST 5 roaches a DAY. They now make you pay for parking that isn't under the roof and if you don't pay, you get towed. The laundry rooms are supposed to be open at 9am. They are rarely ever open at that time. It's currently 11am and the 2 closest to me are still not open. You send in a maintenance request and they never get back. I have sent in at least 4, they have fixed 1 and ignored the rest, one of them including the roach problem. They are raising rent already after the first lease. We will not be staying here past our lease. Very, VERY disappointed and disgusted

He claim that there were two women in the office (one he named as Adriana) sitting inside just fine. Another resident came up to the door as well. Knocked and called with no one answering. Informed me that property management has changed many times and rent increases 10% each lease cycle. Also homeless come by time from time to dig through trash areas. Very thankful to those that helped and shattered those rose colored glasses.

They also repaved the parking lot several times causing asphalt to kick up on everybody's car. Then we get a notice less then 24 hours that our blinds were broken. I called to express the fact that they were not, I went back and forth with Jackie then got referred over to Cynthia and she was extremely rude, as always. She said we put tape on the blinds to fix whatever the felt was broken. I asked her for the picture of the image with tape and she did not provide that. I then shared pictures of the inside and outside, and she was instead that they were broken. Then Jackie proceeds to hang up on us and refuse to answer the phone calls. Those two ladies are so unprofessional and rude. They just want to charge you for everything that isn't even broken. They also threaten to charge the whole complex if "big furniture" keeps being dumped on the trash bins.

Worms come up through the sink. The drawers in the house are all broken. It has the same cabinets and vinyl floors from the 79s. The property owner doesn't want to fix anything. The only thing he replaced was the master bedroom vanity because every morning we wake up to worms in the sink and flys coming up. The other bathroom the pincher bugs come up from the bathroom tub. I posted pictures of that those insects did to my wife's legs and my back. Stay away from this house DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT RENT THIS HOUSE.
