We came to check it out first and the staff was really helpful. There was only one other cat there and it wasn't too noisy. However, when we dropped them off, the volume of animals in the facility doubled so the environment was completely different, but it was too late for us to change boarding plans. I don't think it was well suited for cats because cats typically don't get along with other cats and there were several staying there at once, plus 3 that constantly wander around. It's also very noisy there with the dog kennels being nearby. When we picked them up, we were surprised to see 2 small dogs in the cat room as well who were barking and making noise. It's a very stressful environment for cats and we noticed negative behavior changes in ours once we came home. However, the staff was really friendly and sent us photos of our cats upon request while we were out of town. The check-in/checkout process was seamless. They administered oral medication to one of our cats and kept with their feeding schedule. I do wish the facility was more accommodating for cats (quiet area, separate from dogs and other cats), but this isn't a bad option.
